I recently discovered that neither of my tag lights were working, so I decided to call around to some local auto parts stores. The guy at Advance Auto told me he had a pack of two for $9.00, another store quoted me “about $4 each,” and a Walmart associate mentioned it would be around $10 for a pack.

Since these stores were about 20 minutes away and I wanted to make an early morning trip (and definitely didn’t want to risk getting a ticket for no tag lights), I decided to take a chance and stop by Davis Automotive. This was my first visit, and boy, was I glad I did! I had always assumed that all auto parts store prices were pretty much the same within a dollar or two and that there was no way a small auto parts store could compete with the big boys like Walmart and Advance Auto.

As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted by two friendly young ladies who seemed eager to help. I explained what I needed and handed one of them one of the burned-out bulbs from my vehicle.

In less than a minute, she returned with two bulbs and told me, “It will be a dollar, including tax.” I was stunned and asked, “Each?” She smiled and replied, “No, for both.” I couldn’t believe my luck!

I went out to the parking lot and installed both bulbs in my truck right there at Davis Automotive. They fit perfectly and worked like a charm.

I highly recommend Davis Automotive to anyone in need of auto parts. Their prices are unbeatable, their staff is incredibly helpful, and in my opinion, Davis Automotive is second to none!

5 Stars, where's my Golden buzzer!!!!!!
Been shopping here for parts since it was NAPA lol. Don't need them often, but when I do I want them fast and Davis delivers quickly... Its a great shop with just about everything you could want, and when its not there the ladies can usually order it for you. Hands down the best service and keenest pricing within 40 or 50 miles.

AT MY FIRST emergengy visit i didnt have to buy the roll of fuel line precious just cut off the lenght nesasary with two clamps a out the door purchase voila on The road again . That was 5 years ago been back at every new emergency thank you if you visit you too wil be treated in kind fashion .5star

Honestly, best locally owned and operated parts store I've been into since Weaver's closed. The woman behind the counter was very nice, knew what she was talking about, and happily walked us through the pricing for car batteries. Oh, and the price, oh lord it was nice. 113 dollars and some change for a brand new battery, a nut, and a bolt. The batteries also have a 3 year warranty, so if anything goes wrong, you can get it swapped. Highly reccomend.

Just bought a battery for $100 from there. Closest I could find in price comparison was 160. Came with a free 3 year warranty. I don't know why I never thought about this place before. Pretty much cheapest parts around and good pricing all around. Highly highly recommend.
