I had the most horrific experience at this U-Haul. First the company overbooked at my first location and I had to switch to this location. When I arrived, my truck was not ready. I had to wait. Then they told me it was ready to go, but it wasn’t. It was missing equipment. Then I had to take everything out, cancel the order and then start a new order. But the worst problem was the horrendous way that they treated me. There was a complete lack of customer service except for one employee. The rest of them were rude and disrespectful. Next time I will pay the extra money for the Penske truck.

Truck had no power and a Terri exhaust leak. It was almost on empty when we picked it up. They said it had a 1/4 of a tank but it was closer to an 1/8. Got overcharged too. Should have received a discount. Not happy at all.

Renting the truck was super easy, as was the checkin and returning it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The truck was clean and in good driving condition. As other reviewers mentioned, I was also charged for two gallons of gas even though I filled it up before returning it. I would definitely recommend clarifying that before you fill up on return.

I want to give a shoutout to Antonio Chaim and Josh Townsend for give THE BEST customer service ever! They helped me plan my trip and saved me a ton of money! Because they helped me and my plans had changed, I had to wait for a truck and I witnessed them handling other customers and it was apparent they are consistent with how professional, kind and helpful they treat customers! Thanks guys!

I went here today to get Propane. I rang the bell at the propane pump and waited 5 minutes. I gave up on anyone coming to help me so I started to go inside. Two employees who were sitting in a U-haul truck behind me asked if I needed fuel. I said yes and they wanted me to leave my tank and my number so the manager could fill it up. Apparently the manager was in a meeting and no one else can fill propane tanks. VERY UNHELPFUL DO NOT GO HERE FOR PROPANE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!VERY UNHELPFUL DO NOT GO HERE FOR PROPANE!
