Very well-operated business. These guys had a chance to mark up a trailer we wanted due to shortages, but kept their price stable. That is somewhat rare today. I addition, we bought a trailer we thought would serve our needs and it didn't (my fault, did not do enough math on weight of what I was hauling). I asked these guys if they would let me exchange it for a more appropriate product, and they did. We worked something out I felt was fair. Very good business people. Everyone who helped me showed a very high level of service, including the shop guys who added a modification for me. Highly recommend them.

Huge shout out to Drew and Cole at Southeastern Trailer and Equipment. Drew saw us stranded with a messed up bearing at the gas station and offered to help us on his day off. What was an "easy" fix turned into a 2.5 hour ordeal, but Drew and Cole never complained. They were very professional and polite. I highly recommend them for any of your trailer needs!

Absolutely fantastic experience with these guys! Ordered a Diamond C trailer and David kept me informed about it's progress until it was delivered to his business for me to pick up. I met David and a few of the employees and everyone was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Excellent service all around and we will be purchasing more trailers from them.

Will not even buy a another bolt from this place. I purchased a trailer six months ago and it is rusting like crazy.
After calling for touch up paint over several times, they promised to call me back and have yet to do so. Customer service is terrible. I will travel hours away from home than go 15 minutes from my house.

The owners response is we called you back with no reply!? Really!? It is the 21st century everybody has a voicemail or text message or email. Stop lying..

I purchased a 40’ Diamond C trailer from these guys, and the whole process was really good. I dealt with David the whole time. I had to order my trailer (everyone is in back order) it arrived when it was suppose to. It showed up with a couple issues, and he jumped on them right away and is resolving them. I’d 100% recommend them
