Very friendly and helpful staff. The initial sales person was a little distracted but got the job done. When I went to pick up the ATV, Rob was very helpful with me getting the unit on my trailer (had to remove plow) and got it strapped down good for the long haul home. I really appreciated his time and help. Thanks for getting me going!

I just recently purchased a new Honda snowblower from Alaska Cycle Center with Devin as my sales agent. Devin was outstanding, super friendly, very knowledgeable, and was totally focused on my complete and total satisfaction with my purchase. If you’re in the market for a new Honda snowblower, or anything from the team at Alaska Cycle Center, I would highly recommend Devin as an excellent first contact. When my regular plow guy retired after last season, I started looking at Craftsman, Ariens, and Honda snowblowers. I chose to pay the premium price for the Honda because of its reputation for durability and it’s built more robustly.

Devin took my order and deposit on September 18, saying the snowblower should arrive by November. Instead, he called me just fifteen days later to let me know my snowblower arrived. Devin worked with me at the end of a business day to complete payment so a colleague and I could pick up the snowblower with his snow machine trailer first thing the next morning before my colleague left town.

We were greeted by Kirill when we arrived and he and Devin quickly processed the warranty paperwork and final payment paperwork. Devin then loaded the snowblower on the trailer and we were off.

Many thanks for prefilling the oil reservoir and adding enough fuel to make loading and offloading easy!

I have been to this business many times. I have looked at Honda Groms and Honda Navi's. My coworker's got their Navies. One of them let me ride it around the parking lot. I had a great time on it! I knew I had to have one and add it to my S1K. I called and spoke with Devon. He said they had a new red one. I knew I had to have it. I drove over and purchased it. It was a great experience! I was in and out of there, in a timely manner! Even though I had to go fill up the gas out of my own pocket from empty, I still recommend this business and their products! I would definitely do business here again!
