My sister-in-law, who is seven months pregnant, has contacted the complex multiple times regarding mold in her apartment and black substances being in her water. She has been consistently turned away and has been told that there is no mold. So on her behalf I am contacting the Alabama Department of Public Health to have them address these issues since the complex cannot. If you are someone looking for an apartment, I would avoid this complex. To my fellow service members, look somewhere else to reside.

This is my apartment that I move to April 2021 it was not painted it was still dirty the whole floor & floorboards needs to be taken up and re-wall. The apartments are old and somewhat overpriced for the condition that they are in tile is all bathtub rusty and they have the nerve to evict someone when they got behind on only two months of rent yes I paid them a lot some of $1600 and $20.02 2 months ago. Staff in the rental office and the property management or are up there bullets so now they’re trying to do everything they can to get people out but they need to do the same thing to keep people In . Call do not I repeat do not move into apartment you want for no sudden apparent reason please go somewhere else

Pool is literally NEVER CLEAN. more times than not, when I try to go it's dirty and disgusting. This apartment complex is huge. How is it possible with all the rent rolling in, they can't manage to afford to keep a clean pool Frustrating because it's basically the one nice amenity we have, except it's never clean.

The maintenance team is quick and responsive. Respectful and a pleasure to have a small conversation with. The management team is helpful and full of information. I do enjoy living here.

This apartment complex is way too expensive for the location. Looks alright from the outside but had many issues with the facilities. Several of the doors had issues closing, air conditioning not working during the summer, hot water not working properly. Apartment staff was very unhelpful in getting these problems addressed, as the issues lasted the better part of 9 months in a 12 month lease. When I finally did get to leave, I was not only not given my security deposit back, but was charged for time I did not stay there. There are serious problems with both the complex and the management team behind it. This is a “last resort” apartment and I would not recommend it.

My husband and I have lived here for a year now, and we really enjoy it. I will say that we have had problems in the past, but the new property management is quick to fix problems and are so kind/helpful!! Our neighbors are nice, and we genuinely love it here.

Horrible Management This Rental Property doesn’t handle business's Correctly they advertise Rental App(FlexRent) that suppose to help out With your Rent payments it’s all a scam payments are not submitted and thru the system correctly. My sister Owes late fees due too this app and the rental property are still asking for total rental amount due the flex app took her money.. And she now has to pay everything back over again.. Bad business on both ends Don’t apply for this App or Rent from this Property bad Business!

Please find another place to live. You will be incredibly disappointed. These people will steal your money. Staff doesn’t care to hear you. Always paid on time and they said I would get my deposit back then said I owed for random fixes to the apt. I understand some wear and tear. But to keep my 600 dollar deposit and I only had the apt for the year. Which half the year I didn’t stay because of my work travel. Now they want me to pay for everything by keeping my whole deposit. Thieves. DO NOT RENT HERE!!
