Perfect experience, from the beginning to the end. The man that welcomed us was very helpful and patient. The lady who drove us back to the airport was also really kind and friendly. The car was almost new and had everything we needed. I really recommend these guys! 5 stars

We were very happy with our experience with Alaska Express car rental. After checking prices at the airport and a couple of other car rental locations I contacted Alaska Express and found them to be considerably less expensive. I was a little nervous since they were not one of the larger car rental companies I've used in the past. But I was pleasantly surprised to find the people there very friendly and customer oriented. And we were very happy with the SUV they provided for us. We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for good service at a very fair price.

We rented from one of the "big boys" of car rental last year and everything was a hassle. I had to get my Karen on more than once.
This year I found Alaska Express when booking my trip online. It is by far the best car rental experience I have ever had.
The pricing was very reasonable and the customer service is the best.
Highly recommended based on my experience.

I must say this is better than other big brand car rentals. I called them when all was full. They are a small company but really care about customers and upfront about the charges. They waved off my extra mileage charge as I filled more gas when returning the car. Awesome service and I recommend it highly.

Last minute decision to rent a car. They were open late at night, a car was available and reasonably priced, staff was excellent and incredibly helpful. They picked us up from the hotel to pick-up the rental and drove us to the airport after we returned it. I highly recommend this company.

Our experience with Alaska Express Car rental was superb! We were upset with AVIS and so we searched for another company to get a car rental. Thank goodness we found these guys! We got a great vehicle, wonderful experience and quality customer service. Highly recommend Alaska Express Car Rental!!!

Absolutely amazing 5 star service!!
We arrived in Alaska and didn't have our rental pre-booked.
We walked in at 6:30 am and had our rental ASAP.
They even gave us some ideas for places to see and local food.

Five stars. Keep it local and rent from here! Such hospitality and friendliness with Elena. Rented a Suburban for a week and had the best time driving it all around the state from Hatcher Pass to the Kenai River. Would absolutely take my business here again!
