The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly. My vehicle was clean and well-maintained. There is a shuttle that operates between the airport and the rental facility. The shuttle service can be a bit challenging to locate; look for a red van with a park and jet logo on it, which also features a small logo. It would be helpful if the logo on the pickup vans were considerably larger for better visibility, but that's just a suggestion. I would definitely recommend this car rental service to anyone. As a Google local guide, I can confirm this company is approved!

Car rentals made easy they didn't have any of the type of car we had rented so they gave us an upgrade to a much nicer vehicle for the same price and it was a very nice car. I would highly recommend this place pick-up and return were very quick and easy. Also the staff was great.

Ok. Could use more employees, but maybe that's not allowed due to covid standards and restrictions. Vehicle selection was ample. Pickup was simple, as was drop off.
