They forgot to put lug nuts back on our rear tire and caused $650 worth of damage to our machine after we only drove it 4/10th of a mile on a frontage road and the tire came off. They said it must have happened at our secured storage shed. We had it for 14 hrs under lock & key and shed doors in sight from our own living room windows. Shed was not breached!!! We had it out only 10 mins! They want us to pay for the damage they caused. Honesty and integrity are NOT in their vocabulary. I wouldn’t even give them ONE star.

Back in the day bill was the most generous shop owner. I was racing in the juniors with a 440 fan cooled motor against kids with liquid cooled blocks . I had to ride thru everything at full throttle just to have a chance. There was so much wear and tear but no matter what my sled needed bill hooked it up . Used to be a bunch of trophies in the window .but that was 30 years ago almost . Now all these people out here have no idea . Anyway I miss home and wish for a return to a time when things were much simpler . Go Hawks

The staff is very nice when you go in and buy a machine, would not come down at all on price. Loved my prowler until it smoked the wet clutch at 200 miles. Not covered under warrentee. Spent 1000.00 to fix at there shop. Now is where they start to go down hill. 300 miles later smoked another wet clutch, I decided to fix it my self they are now starting to get rude when I ask for advice and marked up prices 1000 percent. Would not recommend.

I will never go into this RIP OFF shop again. Between the incompetent mechanic and the rude owner it is a perfect mess of a business. If you just go in and buy stuff they seem nice enough, but my experience with their service was a disaster. An expensive disaster. After an extensive bill, they returned a quad to me they could not fix, said it must be bad gas as to why the second carburetor would not work. I fixed it myself with a $35 Dennis Kirk carb rebuild kit and draining all the fuel out of my crankcase they left there. When I went back to explain my findings the owner was insultive, called me a liar, and walked off saying I was not worth the stress. Needless to say I will never stress him out again (or enter his store) and you probably should not either. Buyer beware.

Took arv in said two weeks to look at. One month later told a price for what they did. Told me can't get parts to fix it then didn't put ruff back on...just put in a box. Charged three times what they said it cost. PLEASE NEVER GO TO THEM. THEY ARE NOT ANY GOOD!!!!

I bought a arctic cat Bearcat last year from them they are very straight forward outfit, had a warranty item they fixed in shop no questions (it may have been my fault as well) Great pricing the air cooled machine worked considerably better than the water cooled we had for running our sled dogs.

Sent in an 1999 arctic cat 300 that had an electrical issue. They charged 2,000$ to do nothing. Didn’t fix any issues and unhooked every electrical in the entire 4x4. Never heading back.
