My husband and I had just completed the 2024 Hoka Hey Motorcycle Challenge and we had some issues with my bike and I had hurt my hand so we decided to ship our bikes home. Big Beard mike came to homer and picked them up. and Mike Misner helped us get the paper work together to ship them home. They packed them so great and with care. my home town dealership raved about how well they were packed. so a huge thank you to you both and anyone else who helped! I love Team work. This group of friendly professionals treated me with total respect while I made up my mind on the purchase decisions. The time spent looking around and having my questions answered were then topped off by allowing me to pick out a newly acquired used bike that wasn’t even ready to put out on the showroom floor. I got a behind the scenes look at the bike and into the shop and the mechanic service bays, I got to meet everyone working that day, service, parts , showroom and merchandise, and into the front office. Encouragement from all the team members during my Saturday visit had me feeling no pressure and this made me feel comfortable with my decisions. It was a great experience and I’m excited to return soon to find some awesome riding gear to match my new ride.

Everyone is super helpful, the process of purchasing a bike dose not feel rushed and nothing was is pushed on me although I was offered everything they have that fits my style or need. They made sure I didn’t leave wanting more but also didn’t make me feel like, at the end of the process, I need to get out before they tried to get me to buy everything in the shop. The experience was very welcoming and I would recommend anyone looking for a bike to swing by this shop. You won’t be disappointed with the service and flexibility of the people that take care of you.

The staff from the front of the store to the back service department are very friendly and take the time to fully answer all your questions.
