Took my bike in for a 10k service when I was visiting the area. Had some parts that needed replaced. They got it done in a timely manner and got me back on the road. Very friendly staff. Bike left in better condition then when I brought it in.

Thank you Denali HD!
While riding the Hoka Hey Motorcycle Challenge, my bike began missing and dieing. I limped from Fairbanks to Denali HD late one night, around 11 pm. I posted to my social media that I'd had to stop and await the dealer to open at 10am. I hoped they could get me in quickly. Someone I'd met along the way tagged the owner. The owner contacted her service man and he came I. Early to let me in and get my bike ready for the mechanic as soon as he got in. They fixed my bike within a fee hours and got me back on the road! They were all very kind and supportive.
And....their shipping dock provided a great Hoka Hey overnight shelter from the rain!

Dakota was very helpful and patient while helping me find a bike I really wanted, he kept me up to date on any bike the second it came into the shop. He went above and beyond for over 6 months. And once we found a bike I liked he knew I wanted some aftermarket parts and he got them and installed them very quickly. He handled the paperwork side of things as well, even talked to my loan provider to get all the necessary paperwork/ information done so the buying process was hassle-free.

Brendon Trevors is great at his job. He was patient and never pushy he took the time to get to know me. Over time and many test rides on used models he led me to the right bike for me the 2024 FLTRX Road Glide. I just turned 75 and plan on putting 100,000 miles on it before I turn 86. I will be starting in the spring of 2025 with a solo 6,500 mile round trip from Willow, Alaska to Parson, British Columbia and back. Brendon Trevors, and Aaron Fisher make a great team along with Dylan Simper, Dakota Troseth, and Daryl Reimers.

Bought my husbands 2023 Harley Street Glide and have been VERY happy with our purchase. Fred, Vince and the staff are phenomenal at what they do!
Fred and Vince made purchasing the bike easy. They were very professional, kept us informed of everything, guided us through adding parts for my husbands bike, and so much more.
The service department is very fast, super knowledgeable and do great work, we had a custom seat installed and they always kept us in the loop. The floor staff and merch ladies are all very friendly as well and never overly excessive trying to get a sale like most dealers. Definitely our only go to Harley dealer.

I brought my bike in for some work. We agreed on what would be done. By the time they managed, no fault of theirs, to get the parts needed for repairs, it was winter. I had trailered my bike down with the expectations of a quick turnaround. Based on that assumption, I left the trailer there. Well, as fate would have it, I ended up leaving the trailer there all winter, along with my bike. When I finally made it back down to pick up bike & trailer it was spring. I'm here to report I was very pleased with the work that was done. Denali H-D did what I wanted without busting the bank. They gave me a good deal on storing my bike & trailer. They cleaned and polished my bike. The chrome shined like the sun. I couldn't have asked for better service.
