Absolutely appalling Cribbs Causeway store. I purchased a dash cam online then collected an hour later. I didn't check it before I left , I wish I had it would've saved me two unnecessary hours travel time. When I arrived home I discovered the seal was broken & thre was a piece of tatty sellotape holding the box together, when I opened the box I could see the camera had clearly been used & repackaged (very poorly) there were dirty fingerprints inside , one of the sticky tabs was still on the dash cam, but only about half as sticky as it should be, again, obviously been used, half the contents were missing ! there were no cable ties & the 8M cable was nowhere to be seen either. I wonder why this dash cam had been returned to the shop, did it actually work? Or was it broken Halfords? How you have got the audacity to repackage a used item in poor condition then sell it in your shop as brand new is absolutely shocking! I rang the store & explained my disbelief & was told the manager would call me back the same day, and guess what - no call ! I only drove to Cribbs as the Weston-super-Mare store told me you had none in stock & could get one for Friday (its Tuesday today) then a friend spoke to Liam in the Weston-super-Mare shop later today & he informed him that they DO have one in stock. Halfords do you know how to run your stores? Incompetent staff at both stores have given me the run around today, I will be making a formal complaint when I return to shop with the rubbish you sold me. Sort yourselves out!

Ordered battery online for 1 hour collection. Having travelled 15 miles and just about to exit motorway I get a phone call to say they have no stock! I should work there as after a 15 minute search I found the exact battery I needed in Halfords own branded label. This was Cribbs Causeway branch and after a lot of persuasion the staff were eventually very helpful.

The recent surprising fall of snow meant me realising I wasn't fully prepared for winter motoring with my recently purchased car. I placed an online Click and Collect order just after 11 pm, and on completing the order it stated it would be ready for collection the next morning, though to await a confirmation text, with updates.
This store trades from 9 am and at 9.04 am I received a text and an email informing me that my order was ready for collection. When I arrived at the store to collect my order the member of staff was friendly, yet professional and I left with my order within a few minutes of arriving.
Excellent service, and customer service.

Recommended. I needed a new battery. I turned 30 mins early for my slot, and they fitted me in no problem. Job done quickly and friendly. Don't try to do this yourself.!!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at your Cribbs Causeway location. On two separate occasions, the bike repair service I required was not completed within the promised timeframe. This has caused significant inconvenience for me, as I reside 25 miles away, and my local Halfords has unfortunately closed down.

Moreover, I have found it extremely difficult to communicate with the shop directly. It appears that the only available method of contact is through a call centre, which is far from ideal. I have also tried waiting for a call back, but to no avail. The lack of direct communication channels has only added to my frustration.

The only other option seems to be to physically visit the shop, which is not always feasible due to the distance. This lack of effective communication and the inconvenience it has caused has left me feeling disappointed with the overall experience.

Given these circumstances, I am seriously considering taking my business to a local independent shop in the future. I had hoped for a more positive experience with your establishment, but unfortunately, this has not been the case.

I hope you take this feedback into consideration and make necessary improvements to your customer service.

Guy on the parts desk lied to me and told me he couldn't replace my faulty battery with a warranty receipt and couldn't look up the order on the system. Went to another branch where they did the replacement with the same recipt, and looked up the order on the system.

we were served today by a very nice gentleman Ethan M. he helped us a lot in choosing a Car roof box. we shop at Halfords quite often but never had such a fantastic and comprehensive service as today. a wonderful man who gave us 100% attention. let's hope there are more sellers like him. he made our day !! very polite and professional person. 5 stars for Ethan. thank you 🙂
