Nick from automotive control was exceptional and I would recommend their services. Nick was very accommodating in taking on and trying to resolve my vw Passat electrical issue. It had been in vw twice and then finally said they thought it was the tow bar electricals causing the issue, the fact it was a tow bar fitted by vw at another branch by the previous owner fell on deaf ears.

Nick took the car in on the day of my request for a diagnostic and eventually found the issue with the front wiring where be had used scotch connectors rather than the proper soldering which was then fixed and so far so very good, no more Christmas lights coming up on the dash.

In summary: flexible, quick, supportive, clear communication, expert, reasonable rates for a professional job = happy ?

Excellent service. Don’t be put off if they’re a little more expensive than others because the quality of the work was worth every penny. I was promised that the reversing sensors would be as good as those factory fitted and they were as good as their word. Everything was clearly explained when the work had been completed.

Came here to fit cruise control. Cruise control was fitted but didn't work. Apparently part was faulty. So I had to come back again after few weeks .I traveled 83 miles one way to get to place and had to use my day off as well. Considering the issue I was expecting a discount. But nothing was offered even tho I asked. On top of that who ever installed the cruise control, ripped off my underseat subwoofer wires. Had to reinstall subwoofer and remove seat again. Polite staff. But Not taking responsibility for their actions. Even worst didn't even tell me about it. Cruise control works as should. But Need to be more considerate about the customer.

Excellent service as always. I had a security device fitted. I have used these previously and they are excellent. Waited for my vehicle, job was done in less time than I expected which was a bonus. Highly recommended company and well worth the trip for me even though I am not local to their location. Keep up the good work.
