On Sept 26,24, I dropped off my parents 4 wheeler for service. On Nov 26,24 he notified me the 4 wheeler is ready for pick up. As of today it's Dec 11,24, he has disappeared into thin air. I've left notes, can't leave phone messages. He has constantly either "LIED" straight to my face on more than one occasions. About this and that to numerous to list here. But if your the owner, your employee, he is the complete reason. Why your business sucks. Don't do business here.

Owner never answers phone or returns messages. Promises to call about orders and does not. He has had our money for a part for months and has never been able to tell us where it is. Owner is not on site during times when business is supposed to be open.

Lane, was very helpful and friendly at first. We bought a motor from him and was told he would hook it up to our drive console for us. So we paid for everything, now he is not answering his phone and never open when the hours say open. Unfortunately, there is no other way to get ahold of him.

This place is a joke. He is overpriced and so slow. I ordered a sensor in September 2023 I still haven’t received it… he Keeps saying next week, 8 months later and still no sensor. Did he even order it? Did he pocket my money? I’m tired of hearing his stupid excuses. I’ll go to Anchorage before I go back to him. Follow up, I ordered the same part from the artic cat in anchorage and they got the part to me in 10 days! I’m still waiting for lane to be honest and get me the same part 8 Months later. He is such a dishonest piece of trash.

Lane walked me through a wiring harness issue after he overnighted a new one for me. I was in a pinch with guests from down south and he had me back in the river the next day. Having a steering issue and need to do a couple of more trips before winter. He's been very helpful and free with his knowledge. Thank You Lane

Took my Arctic Cat Prowler in for a coolant leak and an oil change. I told them at least twice that the coolant had sprayed out on the inside of my right front tire. I was told 2 weeks, then 3 weeks, and finally five weeks later I went to pick it up. They had lost the key. The next day I came back with a key and found that they hadn’t listened to what I said. They overpressurized the system to create a leak which they then fixed, but the real problem was a blown fuse that caused the coolant to come out the overflow. I took it home and changed the fuse. I spent $380 and five weeks without a wheeler for an oil change and the possibility of a problem due to overpressurizing my coolant system. This is the short story. Don’t take anything here to be fixed.

Mercury makes a quality product. Too bad the Soldotna dealership has a less than scrupulous owner, Lane. I can't believe that he's still in business, especially after the way he treated a couple of friends of mine, he way overcharged for simple maintenance, and ordered parts, namely propellers,and tried to force them on him. I personally don't recommend Arctic Motor Sports for anything.
