Fowlers staff recently helped over the phone to find a specific carburettor part for my 2002 xv1600 wildstar. Right from the start he new exactly what part “jet” I was looking for and explained to me my part comes under a different description, because he explained this too me we both seen it on my computer and his which helped a lot. All my experiences with Fowlers has been superlative. They know their stuff, can source many, many parts and are prompt to dispatch. I reckon their service dept will be just as diligent. For the most part, when I need parts, Fowlers are given first refusal.

Excellent to do business with, part delivered on time and communication was on point. Delivery cost to Ireland was very high so I had the item delivered to a friend in that UK and then on to Mr, might be something to try to improve.
