I had an incident that resulted in my controls and helm catching fire in my Kenai boat. I was on vacation and had family coming to fish the next day. I needed new controls and cables not to mention the removal of the burned equipment. I made it into Ron's at about noon with no real hope that they would do the work. I just asked if they had all of the parts and if they could confirm if my motor ECM was still good. The service manager and technician looked at the boat, and while they were impressed at the damage, they both said they thought it might be possible to get the job done by close at 6pm. I told them to get what they could get done, and I'd finish the job if needed. They stayed until 7pm and had it done for me, and the rest of the vacation was saved. I can not say enough about the professional service and quality of work done by Ron's crew.

I appreciate the team at Ron’s and had a positive experience buying a boat from them. Even though the boat was used and being sold on consignment, Travis and the crew made sure the boat was solid and fixed a number of things before it went out the door. I believe Travis wants to run a quality business and it shows. Finding a shop that wants to work on stuff and provide service seems like a rarity. Ron’s is all about it and has a strong service department.

Had twin Honda 150's that were running hot. Took the boat in on Saturday and was told they had a slot to look at it, aren't open Sunday or Monday. Called Tuesday to talk about a couple of things I had questions about before they started on it. Motors were done and they gave them a thorough check up, ready for salt water again. Highly recommend.

I Bought a new 2016 Artic Cat and I love it. Sales team was fantastic, they went over the whole machine with me showing how to change Belts/plugs/oils and such. I ordered accessories and the parts guys did a great job and got them to me fast.

I would highly recommend them for your new sleds!

A business owner is only as good as their employees. Too bad for this business owner that polite and profession customer service skills are in very short supply in their service and parts department. "Scrap yard worker" mentality and manners towards customers we can do without. Maybe this owner dose not care about having customers. We will re-power our boat and pick up 4 wheelers and snow machines in ANC when we need them.

Receptionist is rude she hung up on my wife while asking about a title.. bought a motorcycle from them a month ago still haven't received registration. When asked about it was told "I'm pretty sure we sent it" then just hung up on. Called them to take care of it myself and the lady was still rude, put me on hold for about 10 mins then said it was sent the 16th nothing we can do for you. ? they have lost a customer i will buy my other bike in Anchorage. The rest of the guys in the shop I have no complaints nice guys good work.

I ordered a new bike and the sales person told me me it would be there in 10-14 days.
I called a week later so I could arrange my work schedule to pick the bike up.
No bike ordered- another sales person said that they can't even order that model!
In the mean time I found out that that bike was available in Anchorage but as I was trying to spend my money locally, that model also sold out during the time I was waiting for the never ordered bike.
3 calls to the owner (never there) and no response-
Never a call back from the sales people-
Only person that returned my calls was T-
