Justin was a great help and assistant in every way possible. When I was there, a lane was in front of me, and I noticed how he handled everyone with respect and individuality. He has great knowledge about Tucson and the amenities it has to offer – I even mentioned that to him. I wish him all the best and hope he gets the opportunity to showcase his talent in busier locations, so more people can experience his skills. Great location overall. So I have no idea who the Fujiyama is that the other reviews mention, but....our recent rental experience was excellent. Anissa helped us and she was fast, courteous and respectful. I would recommend this particular branch of Sixt for a car rental.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. When we rented from them, they stated the car had been previously damaged, but that everything had been taken care of and the car was fine. We are currently stuck on the top of a mountain having to get repair work done because we found a massive air bubble on the front tire wall- the repairman said the damage was old, now new, and they likely didn’t check the tire at all before renting out the car. We drove our entire family (with two young children under 4) up a mountain on a tire that could have killed us. This company is trash - I will make it my mission to let everyone know how terrible this company is. Your ignorance could have killed my kids.

Ohmigosh! I was leery of renting from Sixt because I've never heard of this agency. Well, leery no more! First, I walked past EVERYONE standing in line at the other well known car rental agencies, was promptly greeted, checked in and walked past all the lines again with my keys and rental agreement in hand. When I made my reservation, I had opted for the 'Manager Special', which, I know, can be a gamble but Ricardo was completely dialed in. He asked me where I was heading and I told him Flagstaff, AZ and the area literally just got buried in snow. He was kind enough to put me into a 4x4 Jeep Compass! I was ecstatic and so grateful. The vehicle handled perfectly with mountain driving and snow. Ricardo was exceptionally pleasant and he technically doesn't normally work at that specific location. He was an amazing example to all the other employees, for sure and made check-in a breeze! Thank you Ricardo!

I just want to thank the team at the Tucson airport Sixt location. Anissa and Jason and the crew at the garage have all been very helpful to me. I’ve been renting for several months and plan to rent for another several months. They greet me by name now.
They have helped me manage some billing errors as well as get the car I want. They’ve gone above and beyond the normal call of duty and make the team at Avis next-door look terrible in comparison. I’ll continue rent from Sixt because of the good service as well as the nice cars.

Update: sadly I can’t construe to recommend Sixt. I’ve been unable to resolve a rental that I returned in November but still lists as open. I’ve been double billed as well. Called and emailed many times. No one helps.
