I cannot complain with the service I received from Nash. Called the shop with my bottom line. Brandon the owner answered, said he would call me back. Called me back with his offer. I cancelled my negotiations with ride now and started communications with Lincoln, who eventually gave me to DJ. They were super patient, fast, and didn’t give me an issue at all. I got a good price on what I wanted and it worked out for everyone. Awesome experience compared to the garbage competition ride now has to offer. My buddy may be in the market for a bike so I know where we will be going for that. It’s awesome how throwing someone a bone once keeps a customer for life. Thanks guys.

My ‘24 Commander had a drive shaft rattle that CanAm, under warranty, was fixing. I reached out to Max in the Service Department and he was 1st Class, the entire time. I also called out where the doors were off, creating gaps, and he had those fixed under warranty, no problem. I threw him (2) curveballs for a possible rear window (to mitigate dust - net wasn’t cutting it) along with a 2nd key. He priced everything out along with timing and made it an easy decision. Got my first side by side at Nash. Being my first, I had a lot of questions. Alex was great. Took time explaining everything and answered all of my questions in detail. Very welcoming and no pressure at all.

But I ended up dealing more with Albert in the Parts and Accessors dept. I wanted a specific turn signal kit that ended up being on back order. He looked up various other parts for me. He kept me up to date. Sent pictures during and after install and was just overall just great to deal with. Very obvious he really enjoys helping people make their rides their own.

I run a business and always say, “we’re only as good as the person talking to our customers.” I’ll never go anywhere else and will recommend the same to anyone who asks.

Our experience at this Nash in Mesa was amazing thanks to our sales person Tyler. Shopping for my nine year olds first bike was between a 50cc and a 110cc. Around this age and being his first bike we really had no idea what to pick. Tyler was more than happy to help and really honed in on our needs and concerns to make sure we got something that was truly a perfect fit. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and help answer any and all questions we had about both bikes. Ultimately we ended up buying a Honda 110cc, a decision that brought to light with full confidence that this bike was the perfect one. We really appreciate you Tyler for taking the time to get to know my family and make this experience awesome.
