I have had too many bad run-ins with this place. Every time I take it in for a service, something goes wrong. I brought my 2024 yz250f in when it was still brand new, never dumped, scratched, or anything. Brought it in looking clean and brand new, got it back looking like ____. They burnt a rag or something on my exhaust, oil was all over my plastics, seat, everywhere. They’re cutting into my rear fender to put the bikes charger under the fender and above the tire (that’ll end up getting hit because of the rebound of the rear shock). They cut into my plastics, why? No clue. It should’ve been zip tied to the gram on the side or tucked under the seat. I have gotten screwed over so many times, I’ve wasted hundreds if not thousands of dollars here. I really hoping they make up for it some how. If they gave me FMF exhaust, even though I still don’t think it’s fair, I’d forgive them and just drop all of this. Otherwise, I’m not sure I can keep coming here. The service techs need better training. I hope they make this right, all of my friends/family have something go wrong everytime we go here, I want to give them another chance, but we’ll see.
