Jay and the team at AZ Auto RV were fantastic to deal with. We purchased and did everything over the phone since we knew what we wanted. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with picking up the camper and walking us through the ins and outs of how things worked. They even filled the water tanks for us so we were ready to go camp our first night out. So I was in the process of looking for another motorcycle... and like everyone else does I shopped around after being turned down by 2 places, I reach out to JP from Az motomania. Told him I was looking to buy another bike and right away helped me out. Got me in contact with Evan which is super nice and very helpful and knows his stuff, needless to say I got approved right away for what I wanted.... so now I’m a happy customer once again. Even my dad had purchased a bike from here and so did my boss as well after I had recommended them to go here... they will work with you in any way they can and get you the best offer.... I will be a repeat customer of theirs for my next bike purchase again thank you JP and Evan for helping me out guys greatly appreciate it......

This place really is awesome. I was kinda skeptical going in at first since I never know what I'm gonna run into with the smaller dealers. They all treat you super well. Chris Boston is the man, he has a ton of experience riding so he knows what he's talking about and tried to make the process as easy as possible. I've only ever ridden dirt bikes, other than an old Yamaha my cousin gave to me, so Boston had a lot of insights and tips to share about road bikes and riding on the road. Plus, he rode my bike back to my house so I wouldn't have to figure out transportation. Had great communication and follow through on everything. Jason in finance was also very helpful and great to know. I can tell they are an honest shop after going through the process. Would definitely recommend going in to the shop though since you really can't see the entirety of their inventory online.

Update!! 04/06/2021
So there were a few issues that we managed to get straightened out pretty quickly. Unfortunately, Boston was out sick. Thankfully, Peter helped us make sure that any problems we had were solved and out of the way almost immediately. We finished the financial side of things pretty quickly and were given the temporary license plate to ride her home as is. Everything was given the green light through the service department and we are good to drive back home. My partner Drew really appreciated the stellar, honest, and straightforward customer service. He also liked that the bike was ready to be driven immediately.

We came here to check out the kind of bikes they had here and man was it worth the drive. Took about an hour and some but we got here with time to spare before closing. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We started looking around and had a few bikes catch our eyes that were in our price range.

As we were looking around an extremely helpful hand, Boston, came up and gave us more information no matter the question. Very open and honest about his opinions on the bikes as well as what kind of shape they were in. Seemed like a solid stand up guy.

We checked through everything one last time before my partner decided on a bike to go for. Boston gave us the pricing, what the licencing, maintenance etc.. would cost on top of it instead of jerking our chain and doing a run around. We put it on a hold to talk about some more but we are pretty sold on the idea alright.

Boston did a pretty good job with the financial information as well as what to expect. I would highly recommend talking to him when going over bikes here. Can't wait to have that conversation.

Thanks to Chris (Boston), I now own my very first bike. I went to this shop knowing nothing whatsoever about motorcycles, Chris (Boston) told me everything I needed to know and gave me all the time I needed to look around the shop until he led me to the perfect bike for me. He was excited for me as I was too and I felt more like a younger brother to him because of how much he taught me about bikes and how much he’s concerned about my well-being as a first time rider, he even offered to ride my bike back home after I bought it since I’m still learning which I’m very grateful for.

Awesome shop overall, very friendly staff, no pressure when looking around, and great deals on hundreds of different bikes suitable for everyone from flat out beginners to professionals. Highly recommended!

I originally found the listing for a 2017 HD Sportster Superlow 1200T on CycleTrader. I had been looking around for a Superlow 1200T specifically for a while and went and looked at a few others before deciding to check out the one at AZ Auto RV. The drive was about half an hour away from where I lived. It is a smaller dealership located behind some other shops, tucked away yet easy to find from all the motorcycles parked out front.

When my father and I got there, we spoke to a man named Quintin Willbanks, who was one of the sales associates there. We told him exactly what we were looking at online and began to discuss pricing after checking out the bike in person. We told him flat out the amount we had and that we would be paying cash in full. The entire transaction was professional and friendly. It took some back and forth to get to a price where we were comfortable - almost walked away due to them not coming down a bit more! However, JP, the sales manager, was very reasonable and assistive in working a deal with me, and I appreciate him and Quintin for their efforts.

Ultimately, we finalized on a price and did the paperwork. Everything was explained to me in full and at no point did I feel like I was being misled. When I asked questions or for copies of paperwork, it was immediately received.

I would consider purchasing another motorcycle from AZ Auto RV if the time came again. The Superlow was road-worthy, had no signs of abnormal wear, and where there was damage, they were willing to negotiate - similar to something like OfferUp or Craigslist if you are unfamiliar. This was my first experience with a dealership and not purchasing a vehicle from OfferUp or Craigslist and I can say that the overall experience was educational, fun, and exciting.

Now I can have even more fun and excitement riding on my new Harley-Davidson Sportster Superlow 1200T!
