This is my second time unloading at this facility. The first time I tried to check in early, but they were booked solid. They docked me 1 hour past my appointment, however, they were expeditious in unloading me. The second time was much better. I had a 0400 appointment. I was docked immediately. They unloaded me in 30 minutes and they were friendly. I liked how I was able to park overnight. Plenty of trash cans with a relaxed atmosphere. I like this facility. They've earned my 5 stars.

Update on check in time, they begin checking in at 4 am (not 6:30, as others have said), you can come here early and park along fence, I got here at 11:30 pm last night, and parked till 4 am and checked in! The Lady who checked me in was really nice, and polite, very beautiful as well! As soon as I checked in, was immediately put in a dock! Don't know how long it will take to unload me...but, so far, none of the reviews I read last night are accurate at all! Will update with how long it took to unload me when they're done!

Nice people! Appointment was at 1:30 pm I arrived late about 2:45 pm due to getting loaded late at pick up and accident on the way. I didn't have to wait long to get a door and they unloaded truck in like 10 minutes. Awesome place! Thank you so much for being understanding about me running behind. I would definitely come back!

Arrived late due to clock and miscommunication and a bad decision based on faulty facts. Had to wait 6 hours to get in door and another 1 1/2 hour to get unloaded. Warehouse staff were disorganized and freight was stacked up in front of unload doors. Open docks were available through out morning. I could have had my truck unloaded, but had to wait for other late truck's. Big waste of time.

Been here for over 10 hours. Still not unloaded. Only got a couple of skids too. Every time I go inside to find out why, there is always some kind of excuse. Never coming back again!

Arrived at 0730 for a 930 appointment. They got me in a door right away and I was unloaded by 830. Friendly people.

Drivers beware refuse any load to or from this poorly unorganized unprofessional place.appointment times are not honerd your told to park along fence and wait for a phone call .you will wait for hours to get unloaded or loaded.place is a joke.buy your car parts at auto shack or anywhere else.not O'Reilly.drivers beware of this place.
