all received a call this morning from Ken. He told me Mercury don't have the parts. I called around to other Mercury dealers and they confirmed Kens statement of parts not being available. So me being the man I am. Ken sorry for blowing UP RMS WITH MY REVIEW I WILL RETRACT
All it took was communicating with me don't keep your customers I the dark. Just my frustration of the thought of another summer on the the beach.

River Motorsports still has my engine still not repaired Kens back to not answering my

Ken the owner will not return calls. he has had my boat for over a year .he left my boat uncovered told me after a year my boat was fixed.it took me a day just to clean my interior up which by the way was destroyed by the elements from not being covered and lack of care by River Motorsports. I lanched my boat got a quarter of a mile and the engine broke again. I called Ken he told me to bring it in he would fix it that was 2 months ago. really not good customer support.

Always a pleasant experience at this shop. Ken the shop owner is reasonably and straight forward with repairs. Would reccomend this shop to anyone looking for good experience when it comes to boat repairs.
