Don't rent a vehicle here, I rented a 2010 Mazda suv for 1 day to take 3 elderly people to a medical appointment in Yuma. Upholstery was shampood prior to the trip and back seat was not dry so it stunk and smelled like mildew. Air conditioning only kept the front cold but barely got to the back seats so we stopped every hour on the 10 freeway to rotate the elderly people from back to front all the way there and back. On the way back the engine light came on and we noticed that the floor boards were soaking wet in the back. We brought the car back Saturday night around 7:30pm. I came back on Monday at 9am sharp to get my deposit back which they did. When we went out to check the car the floor boards were still wet and the car stunk like mildew just like when I picked it up. I asked them for compensation but was refused.

Wouldn't recommend. My friend had an appt and walked to the rental from Fort Huachuca. Open sign was lit but door was locked and lights were off. She didn't even have the courtesy to call and let him know that she closed shop until HQ told him THREE HOURS LATER. Next morning I drove him to the office. She says there's no appt for him even tho he showed her proof. Her attitude is rude. No apologies, no customer service, and she won't answer the phone for anything. Even when we were in the office looking at her. She'll look at her mobile phone but won't answer the office phone.

Shocked at price! After several unanswered calls during regular business hrs. they say they are open and several attempts at dropping by and no one being there during normal operating hrs. I finally saw someone there when I was going to Safeway.
My car is going to be in Tucson for a month during customization / Modifications so I need a rental for one month. I was quoted $85 day for a very very USED worn out not so nice looking vehicle. Yes you read that right, $85.00 a day for 30 days! CRAZY PRICE!

I went with Enterprise instead, beautiful 2021 Jetta for $50 a day 🙂

Not sure how "Almost new auto rentals" stays in business when they are never there, never answer phone, and their cars are "Not even close" to being nice!

After a disastrous/toxic contact with Enterprise, I brought my associate to Almost New in hopes of salvaging her trip.

The gentlemen of Almost New, were not only Polite & Professional mannered, they had my associate taken care of in under 45 minutes total.

It is my hopes that the management has the opportunity to see this review, and understand that not only did your employees salvage a crucial trip, but did so in an expeditious manner while being Polite, Courteous and Professional.

I rented a minivan scheduled for pick up today, Saturday, July 9th, at 9am. I came to their office at 9:10 and again at 10:10 to get the van. Office is closed despite providing my credit card info via the phone on Friday, July 8th, and posted office hours. I needed the van to pick up furniture which was available by appointment only. Will not be using this company again.

I am not one to normally complain about service but we have rented through then a total of 3 times. The first time the car they gave us had a leak in the radiator. We took it back they gave us another car it was good. The second time we rented through them the car had no air conditioning. The 3rd and final time the car had a check engine light and they said it was fine and the car overheated and then wouldn't turn back on. I will never rent through them again.

Absolutely amazing service!
I needed a vehicle delivered to Ft. Huachuca for a flight that was arriving the next morning. Jaydon was extremely professional and accommodating to say the least. Jadon could have said no, our passengers needed to come to the office to fill out the paperwork, but he went above and beyond to make it happen for our passengers!
Although he was the only one in the office, he came in early and made a way to deliver the vehicle. Because this was an unusual situation, there was a missed connection and my passenger got a ride to his meeting. Jadon called to try to connect with us and when the situation was cleared up, he drove another 20 minutes to where my passenger had his meeting to drop the vehicle at his door.
I know it wasn't easy for him but he never sounded stressed, he was always kind and solution oriented. A real treasure in a tricky situation. Thank you very much Jaydon! I highly recommend Almost New Auto Rentals!

Well I didn't rent a car from them I had stopped in to see if they did shuttle services and how much it would be to take me to my house. I woke up this morning to a flat tire and had gotten a ride into town just needed a ride home. The lady in the office was very sweet and said that she could arrange it and that she did , one of the Gentleman named Daniel I believe gave me a ride home and it didn't stop there he saw I had a flat tire , got out and changed my tire for me and put the spare on! He went over and beyond and I am truly grateful as he did not have to do that. If I ever need a rental in the future I will definitely go there 1st! Thank you so much.
