The dealership, and individual salesman, were outstanding. There was NO PRESSURE pushing me to buy. In fact I wasn’t there to buy. All of my questions were answered completely. Everyone was polite, knowledgeable, helpful, just did a good job FOR ME! This is not the normal HD dealership I have been in. IT IS FAR BETTER! Good people! Good dealership!

Being extremely disappointed doesn’t even come close to how we feel about this place! After discussing pricing on a quad we came to an agreement on an out the door price with the salesman. Once the price was determined and agreed to we asked what they would need to hold the quad for us since we would be traveling out of state and would not arrive for a couple of weeks we were told $1,000, which was fine. With coming from out of state we wanted to be in and out and make the pick up quick and easy, which it was. We actually spoke with one of the employees the morning of our pick up appointment to double check on our out the door price and she verified that the price was the same as we were promised. we showed up signed paperwork, gave them a card, loaded up the quad and were good to go until we got home and reviewed the paperwork. It was then that we noticed that the $1,000 we gave them to hold the quad to wasn’t part of the out the door price we were given! So pretty much we were given a price, asked to put money down to hold it and that $1,000 DIDN’T go towards the price we were promised! We should have had concern when we paid the $1,000 and they wouldn’t give us a receipt or print out of what we paid and the price of the quad, after asking for that documentation numerous times! We called and spoke with the salesman and was pretty much told sorry…nothing we can do. It’s absolutely insane that we actually paid OVER MSRP and over what they were asking for the quad on there website. It’s also ridiculous to be straight up lied to and manipulated. At this point it’s not even about the $1,000 it’s about the lack of communication, the dishonesty, and the disrespect. I believe you should not promise a price, ask for a deposit, and then say the deposit doesn’t go towards the price that was agreed to! Awful and dishonest customer service.

Great store been going in over the past year and slowly replacing parts on my bike I don't make a lot but I want to keep Harley Davidson parts on my bike but I was in the store yesterday cause my running board inserts that I bought about 7 months ago the rubber boots on the bottom keep breaking off so I went in to ask if they could be exchanged and I was told I would have to buy new ones again and that's just crazy so I'll have to keep buying new ones every year not happy with this

Where to begin? Called the service department many weeks ago to regarding what we thought was a warranty issue (blown fork seal) on a 2022 HD that was purchased new at the time from that same dealer. Once we they finally got back to us, we were informed that the part had to be ordered and to bring it on or after August 1st for the repair. At that time, there was no mention on their end whether or the part was covered under manufacture warranty or not, despite that being one of the main things that was mentioned while making the appointment, etc.

Took the bike down on the 4th. Picked it up on the 7th and got stuck with a huge bill for the repair. There was not one single instance in which they had mentioned the repair was not a warranty issue, and they never called prior to doing the work to make sure it was okay to proceed, as most shops do. 600 bucks later, the bike was picked up, and noticed there were some minor quality issues that were overlooked.

Contacted customer service and left messages, but no response from the dealer.

Had we known it was not a warranty issue, we would have taken to a reputable repair shop or had our personal mechanic do the work.

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and quality control.

Won't be going back.

My bike has been there for seven months to have the rear fender replaced. I handed them fender and bag fillers to be painted and mounted. Frank's collision and paint in Havasu and stated they don't even have my fender til I called to complain. My parts sat in their shop for months !!! Avoid this place at all cost, they clearly don't care about customers.

2-01-2024. I called Harley Davidson HQ and told them my issue, the service manager Bacon called me irate and said to come get my bike as they should have NEVER took the job due to my road glide being a 2012. He does not accept the fact that I have been been patiently waiting for them to finish the work order. I have never had an argument with Mike at the service manager and he was always sincere and apologetic.

Bacon is the complete opposite, I asked him why he is more upset than me and he said it's due to my call to Headquarters and the better business bureau. It is only when I called the two office is when I got a call from this dealership. I rode it home incomplete and she is pouring oil everywhere. This general manager does not care about the brand or the loyal riders that buy their products.

On our road trip from Ontario Canada to the SW US our bikes needed oil changes.
Due to uncertainty of when we could be in the area normal scheduling was not possible.
We contacted the folks at Mother Road HD. They managed their work load and set us up with appointments the next day.
We brought our bikes in at the appointed time and were checked in and the service started. The service team even drive us to breakfast and picked us up when finished.
The service work was finished before our meal.
Kudos to the service team of Tim, Clark and Mike for all you did for us and the service above and beyond our expectations.
Thank you all for making our amazing trip to the beautiful SW even better.
Great work and be proud of your team.
