I initially purchased a used bike from them at a great price, but they earned 5 stars from the fantastic experience on follow-up services. Good pricing on labor and very fair on parts, and they’ve had the bike turned around inside 3 hours on 2 occasions. If you need your bike serviced on the mountain, this is the place to go.

I was on my way from the Denver Colorado area to southern Arizona when my back tire got wonky. Called around to several shops, no dice. Called BTM, talked to Davey, he was very helpful on the phone and when I showed up the next morning, Rick, the owner, got me taken care of immediately with the one fitting tire that existed in all of the Show Low area. He even threw in a free quart of oil! So my trip could have ended there but they saved my butt and I got to ride the Devil’s Highway like I was planning to. Thank you BTM!

I went to buy parts from them a week ago they said they would call me back I talked to them on multiple occasions the people on the phone had no Idea I even came by told me that they had to talk to another person and give me a call back that was a few days ago no answer and that happened multiple times

Dinged my tank(500$ repair). Rushed me out the door ,noticed on the way back. Did not bring to my attention. No longer going to bring my business there. Update, tried to give him another chance. Won't get into it. Don't take your bike here whatever you do.
