Mississippi was so helpful. He directed to exactly what I needed (no more , no less). He then showed and told me how to do it. They were so nice, and will get you the best price (even if its from another store. I went back a second time that day, and he was so helpful again! Thanks carquest!

My husband sent me there to purchase a tail light bulb for our vehicle. A friendly man behind the counter greeted me with words and a smile. I showed him the bulb that I needed and immediately he left from behind the counter to find the part. Within 30 seconds he had the new bulb, I made the purchase and I was on my way. Super fast. Also, the outside if the building was clean (inside too) and very inviting.

Stopped by for some cleaning supplies and wax and was a bit disappointed. The selection was ok but the prices seemed really high compared to auto zone and o'Reilly. The store was very clean and well organized and the staff was pleasant. I wish the selection was a bit better and that the prices were a bit more competitive. Maybe they have better prices on the parts they sell just not the waxes and cleaning supplies.

We needed an oil pan after a journey down a rough road. I called around to every parts store. Heard sorry it will be a week. Or that's an old part. Then I called Carquest and spoke with MR. BILL. He was kind, polite helped walk me through my lack of knowledge of car parts and even ordered the part with out me having to come in and pay first. Customer service like this is few and far between. Mr. BILL we thank you , Carquest we thank you. Your services and kindness have made us a Carquest lifetime customer.

Carquest of pine top - laskeside talked it up , talked a big game. I asked them to please make sure that it was correct part for my car three times I asked three time the guy told me it was the right one made himself seem so sure and correct and was he wrong. This was my first time Using this place and it is my last never again nor will I ever recommend anyone to use them very upset with there irresponsibility and lack of proper knowledge on vehicles
