Great experience here working with Steve. Polite and professional over the phone and email communication. No pressure sale tactics, financing was quick. Drove 28 hours round trip to pick up my dream bike, WELL WORTH the deal these guys gave me! When I arrived, no time was wasted; we had my trade unloaded and inspected, paper work completed, and my brand new ZX10R loaded up in about 1 hour.

READ THIS REVIEW if you're planning on buying a bike out of state!

My experience purchasing a bike here couldn't have been any better. I flew in from South Dakota and picked up a street glide and rode it home. From my initial call with David he was extremely polite and professional. He was willing to negotiate on the price a little and gave me a fair deal. The day I flew in, David's dad Barry picked me up from the airport. Barry is a genuine guy and we had a good talk on the way to sierra cycles. Once I walked in to their shop I dealt with Steve to do paperwork. Steve was also awesome to deal with and very professional. Also Jeff, the service manager who is extremely knowledgeable and passionate on Harleys WANTED to give me a walkaround of the bike. He answered every question I had. Jeff has to be one of nicest guys ever. But what stood out the most was how I was treated AFTER the sale. David, Steve, Jeff, and Jason all insisted I keep them updated on my ride home and to let them know if I had any issues. I did end up having an issue the first day and even though it was after hours Steve took care of me and assured me that if it's not safe to ride to call for a tow truck and they would cover the bill, and that they would set something up for the bike to get looked at early in the morning. The issue ended up being the clutch got too hot due to the extreme heat that day and the clutch was back to normal a couple hours later and had no issues the rest of the trip home. Steve insisted that if I want to, to take it in to a shop and get looked at, and that they would cover the bill. I didn't end up taking it to get looked at but it was nice they were willing to do that. The last thing that stood out to me was how the employees and owners treated each other. I witnessed David and Steve treating their employees with extreme respect and professionalism, it's not common to see that level of respect. You could tell the employees liked working there, and that was cool to see. I wish Sierra cycles was local to me, they 100% earned my respect and business. I would not hesitate to buy another bike from here.

I showed up and took my time looking at the used bikes outside, then went inside, walked up and down the used bikes, and looked at each one. Then, I walked over to the helmets and tried one on. Put the helmet back on the shelf, then walked very slowly, looking at the used Harleys, AGAIN. Why? Cuz, I have CASH to make a purchase! However, NOT ONE PERSON ACKNOWLEDGED ME!
I'll be making my purchase elsewhere!!! I use to race MX so I've been in and out of hundreds of bike shops. This was the first time I've had a bad experience. SCREW THIS PLACE!!! YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE!!! DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!

Great dealership with very friendly and honest staff. Steve the sales manager was very straight forward with the price and had all the paperwork ready when we arrived at the dealership. Total time in and out of the door was less than an hour. Barry, the dealership owner was very friendly and personally thanked us for making the purchase of our new Can Am Spyder. We checked a lot of dealers for pricing and Sierra Cycles gave us the best deal by far. We are very happy with our purchase.

So update, we went back down and purchased a Can-Am Maverick X3. Again, Steve right on target and no lies or pressure.

Sales and service are outstanding. Steven C. Has the patience of a Saint. My bank was giving him and me the literal run around for a week. Steven had me fill out their finance form and was able to get me under what my bank was doing.
The entire deal took under 2 hours.
Without a doubt, further motorcycle purchases will be through this company.

Very easy transaction. I had the opportunity to deal with employees from ownership and down. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. When follow-up was necessary, Steve, the finance guy, was all over it. I have already recommended them to my friends. I drove there from Tucson to purchase a 2023 CF Moto 950 Trail and would do it again! Highly recommend these guys. They put Ride Now to shame...
