From start to finish this process was very easy through and through. Emailed 4wheel parts about a specific rim and tire pairing and got back to me super quick. Walked me through ordering wheels and which might have been out of stock with the manufacturer. Very amazing and up front. Worked with the main office to get put through to my local Gilbert shop and they also got back to muiltple times, letting me know when my order would be placed, ready for install and again very upfront guys , mostly spoke with Jacob and James at the shop. Couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome!! Thank you 4wheel! I will be back when I need a lift, lights or anything else I’m in love with the setup.

I went to 4 different off road shops for a lift on my 2024 GMC before deciding to go with Total Offroad. Jeff at Total offroad was amazing. He took the time to show me the different lifts. He also brought out the different tires and explained each. I put my brand new truck with 300 miles on it in their hands to do a 6 inch BDS lift with wheels and tires. They did a phenomenal job. Even sent update photos along the way. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Amazing customer service and workmanship. The tech that installed the lift did fabulous work all the way down to the alignment. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a lift kit.

Please don’t get your suspension/4x4/shocks/rims to purchase manually. They’re no refunds or exchange for parts. Pay at your own risk. If you decide to buy parts here. I tried to return a leveling kit and was told was non refundable and can’t exchange due to not fitting on my jeep. Tried one out four parts (level kit) and had to tighten the spacer in order for it work and had no luck with installation. So I decided to return the kit. But said no. You would think they would advise customers before purchasing and give them this warning, but no. Keith (guy that works in the front) said “it’s an automatic rule for most companies that they don’t return cause of already tightened the bolt and nuts. That was installed already.” I’m like how can you know if the material/parts fit or don’t fit if you can’t install the product. And he insisted that I have their shop to install it (trying to scam a customer in using their techs vs any outside techs). I purchased this product on a Thursday and had my mechanic install it on Saturday but no success. You would think they would have a 7-30 days return the product if you don’t like it or what not? Bad customer service and I suggest for future customers I would try else where for your off road needs. This is just an FYI or Psa on saving your money. If they can’t honor a return or exchange. Good luck if I didn’t warn you.

Huge shoutout to the whole team over at the Gilbert location. They have handled a few major installs for me on my Bronco and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here. Very rude and smug employees here. Come in ask for a part or parts for your truck. With a sigh you they look them up. They give you a cost and then tell you They're not in stock but they can order them. The sad thing for a place that sells retail is Anybody can order them and also you can get them just as cheap or cheaper on amazon which is really sad about this company. I would like to recommend a company called BDM customs.They actually have the parts in stock. This company has a lot of work to do and a lot to learn about business. It's no wonder more 4 wheel.Drive shops are opening up around the valley.
