Great place. I needed a transmission cable bushing to which no one carries. They had a universal and it clicked right in after a few litteral seconds of installation. Great place. Saved me a lot of money and time not having to replace the whole cable.

I first called the Mesa location and someone answered just to hang up. So I called this location and after 3 minutes of waiting, someone picked up, and hung up the line. Parts Authority, if they don't like their job, hire someone else. The call was made on 04/06/24 at 11:31 am.

Great service. Great price. I called for a tune up kit for my 1996 ram 1500. It was half the price of auto zone. The material and quality of the products offered are standard oem or better. But you get good quality product for half the price of auto zone... they do need to update the website to allow customers to view products and read product descriptions
