This U-Haul location goes above and beyond in service and quality rentals. I have used them several times for moving the kids in and out of college, yard clean-up and motorcycle transport. They are ALWAYS clean, friendly and fast on every visit. If not the closest to you, it is worth the drive to rent from this dedicated U-haul location as they are the best! A++

OK, so I’m leaving this review because this location has the worst customer service. I went in today to buy boxes. I frequent this U-Haul due to the fact that I’ve moved quite a few times in the last four years and I’ve used this place very frequently.

However, today there were two men inside doing absolutely nothing And they sat there while I struggled carrying out 7 boxes by myself, and I received no assistance whatsoever. Not to my car not out the door nothing.

Great customer service …offered to use their water machine rather than the regular water fountain in 100 plus degree weather also gave me a squirt bottle to use since I only had an energy drink can to refill.

Refill the propane tank to FULL for about $15!!! Last time I exchanged Amerigas tank at grocery store it was $20 and I would swear it was 2/3 full. This refill station will be the only place I go in the future.
