Everyone was very nice and helpful! I had to rent a U Haul and a car dally and everyone got out and helped me put my vehicle on it.
I would definitely recommend going there for auto and towing needs.

While traveling back from Organ pipe national park our RV experienced a problem with the charging system. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly to be a bad alternator. They removed the part to verify that the correct part could be ordered from the Phoenix warehouse. The correct part arrived the next morning and was installed by 10 am. Great service from start to finish. Thank you again!

Avoid working with Alejandro. Management really needs to look into him. He is not only making the company look extremely bad. But he is also having their company LOSE money. He won't allow you to speak. Becomes defensive for absolutely no reason. Hangs up on you.. I hope their calls are recorded so they see how he speaks to customers. DO BETTER Alejandro.

The owner was Amazing!!! Driving from San Diego we ended up stranded and no one was open. Not only did she open up on a Sunday when she is normally closed but she when out of her way to make sure we had the right part! She provided excellent customer service!! Grateful there are still good people/business.

Had a slow leak in one of my pickup tires and could see the same nail in the other back tire, while camping at Organ Pipe/Twin Peaks campground. Drove up here to Ajo, and got them to look at it within 15 minutes. In an hour, they had plugged the one tire and taken the other one off and inspected it inside and out to make sure the nail had not gone through (it hadn't). A month later, both tires are still fine and I'm a satisfied customer.

Here is my experience at Napa Del Sur NAPA in Ajo, Arizona on Feb 8, 2023. My motorhome's hot water tank failed. I walked over to the NAPA store and within 15-20 minutes, Tomas Lopez had found the right hot water tank replacement and ordered it. This young man was very polite with the right amount of humor and politeness . He told me the tank would arrived by Saturday before noon and it did. You are an asset to this store because of your great attitude towards clients.Thank you Tomas.

If we could give 10 stars we would ! My engine completely went out on highway 85 today about 10 min outside of Ajo on our way to Rocky Point. Luckily a state trooper came by and gave us a ride to Napa Auto in Ajo. We were waiting for our insurance to get a tow truck to our car. Thomas and Melissa at Napa Auto/ Kords Auto Care were god sends today.. They went over and beyond to help us and make us feel as if we were family with no questions asked. We did not expect this customer service at all, we just needed to get our car towed and go from there. We cancelled the tow with our original truck that was coming close to 2 hours later to have Melissa tow it to Napa. They helped us with a vehicle so we could go and get some items out of our car while we waited for the tow. Melissa did it as quickly as possible as Thomas was doing everything he could to help make sure we had everything we needed and were as comfortable as possible. They turned our stressful day into a very manageable one with a few laughs along the way. We would consider them friends not just help that came our way and would recommend both Napa and Kords to anyone needing a tow, auto parts or recommendations on where to eat and go in Ajo :). Thank You Both from the bottom of our hearts !!!

Minus 1000 stars. I had an agreement with them for a storage unit which they ran out of the Napa Auto Parts store. My mother passed away and I took over payments on the storage unit. They cut the lock off and stole all items of monetary value. I had to hire a lawyer and they had to file an insurance claim to reimburse me. While I got a small monetary settlement it doesn’t begin to cover the cost of the pain and suffering I incurred by Lori and her husband.
