I purchased a super duty front axle, steering box, track bar, springs etc from Brother's awhile back. Basically everything needed to do a conversion. They let me have my pick of which truck to pull from and they even pulled it for me on a Saturday. All the parts were in great condition and after putting a few thousand miles on everything, I have no complaints. Gear oil was clean and the steering box feels good.

After searching a long time for a for panel for 2001 Silverado I got transferred to Brothers Auto parts. He absolutely had what I needed and he knew right away. We went right down there and after about 15 minutes we had it and were on our way. Friendly, knowledgeable and great guy. If you need it they'll have it.

They sold us a transmission with a 1yr warranty. Had it installed at a reputable shop and its bad. They are now trying to get out of warranty saying a core needed to be brought back in seven days. We bought five days ago. They are blaming a 3rd party warranty company alpha.

Absolute joke of a business. Bought a transmission that was defective. For weeks were were getting the run-a-round. They were going to send an inspector out. Crickets. Then they said they were just going to replace it. Crickets. Was supposed to call us back last Wednesday afternoon. Crickets. Called every day for 3 weeks only to be told the owner was on vacation and then a funeral. Excuse after excuse. The front staff calls him on speaker and I can hear the unprofessional attitude and call (while the owner doesn't know I can hear it). Excuse after excuse with these guys. Look at his review responses. Buy parts from anyone else.

update - See the response below. Absoulte liar. HE NEVER CALLED ME. I had to call him. He has never called us with an update. He isn't trying to still help. He told me before his feelings were hurt that the transmission was ready. If he wanted to help it would have been shipped to me and picked up the bad one. This is the first he is even mentioning the core returned (which we told him he can pick up the core and the bad transmission when we first notified him that the transmission was bad). He didn't tell me once the warranty was voided his response. Filed a BBB complaint (I know it's somewhat useless). He will be sued.

I was quoted over the phone for a reasonable price then I get there and the price changed drastically, that is bad business and really unprofessional. The prices they are charging TRUST ME you can go someone else hell even the dealership yourself and pay wayy less than buy anything from these people. STOP supporting these raggedy companies when all they care about is tripping you out of your money! I don’t even live on this side of town to be telling customers incorrect numbers like that.

I have hearing issues now? ? Sir, I have a whole degree and it some certainly did not come from this state. It’s not my fault you blurted out an incorrect price and thought I was gonna be a dummy and pay for a used part for that price. You can run game on these other folks with your excuses but you not fooling me. Don’t be mad & salty because you were on speaker phone when you said “$50 first come first serve”, I have witnesses that can vouch for me on that. Anyways, you’re unprofessional as a business trying to insult my intelligences in general. Ladies & Gentlemen you can take your hard working money over to Reeves Auto Wrecking for REASONABLE prices that are OEM Used parts. I paid $75 bucks for a 2019 radio Support . ?

Awesome experience with these guys! The owner was super helpful, fair on pricing, and fantastic customer service. I will be going back for more when needed. Nice to know thier are still honest and fair parts dealers out there.
