Definitely will not be purchasing another vehicle from this company. We have been waiting months on a title. Im talking nearly half a year. I’m not even going to go into details but this company has not been helpful, prompt, informative or understanding of the predicament they’ve placed us in, nor the money they’ve cost us. Definitely make sure to research the company first, before purchasing. They’ve cost us thousands more than we already paid for our vehicle in legal fees, tax fines, and issues with the vehicle.

Edited to add: we were told we supposedly signed for the title, but we did not ever in fact receive it. I also have not received replies to my emails, and got our banker involved because we received no reply. I wouldn’t have been nearly as upset if there had been kind communication, but I was also spoken to in a very unkind manor over the phone. After speaking with the AR department of transportation to see if I could aid in the title process to help move thing a along I was told the title was never transferred to AR. I don’t know much about vehicle sales and maybe I was told incorrectly but the lady at the Department of Transportation told me that never should have been the case. This whole situation has been a mess, and on top of it the truck also broke down, and we were told by the mechanic it was not driver error. So not only is this costing us thousands but it’s also now inoperable for a time while we attempt to get it fixed.

Bought a 2015 F-250 from Integrity in July. They arranged the delivery from Arkansas to my residence in Maryland. I had only seen pictures of it when I made the purchase, and when I got in it for the first time I was highly impressed with how clean and well detailed it was, being a preowned work truck.

We were warned about purchasing a truck from this place and how it cost a lot to fix when broke down. We ignored it thinking that they seem to be such nice guys. Well less than two months after we bought the truck, it had to go to the shop and cost nearly $2500 to fix. We did call them- no help.
Now six months later, the heater core is going out of the truck. The mechanic there said they push the trucks through too fast and do not do what's really needed to fix the trucks right before they sale them.
We regret ignoring the person that told us not to buy from Integrity. Buy a better truck somewhere else.
