Warren Alexander was very helpful and knowledgeable. He knew my plans up front and it didn’t include buying a motorcycle today however he did not make me feel rushed or like he was wasting his time with me. Warren still invested his time and knowledge and he will for certain get my sale when I’m ready. Their facility was clean and family oriented. Was easy to talk to all of the staff.

I was traveling across the lower 48 east to west. New CVO RG had a major problem. The bike was under warranty for repair. Ended up here by chance. I can't say enough about the team. From the GM, to service mngr, to techs, even the wash bay was top notch. Welcoming, rider oriented, and more than willing to solve problems to get me back on the road. Dealership was clean, well stocked, had an event, that day and with so much going on made myself and my bike a priority. I hope that MOCO and ownership takes takes notice and gives the team the credit they deserve. It's definitely earned there!

Where do I start? These people helped make my trip to New Mexico a success. They checked out, serviced, replaced parts that need it, and check it out again. And did the work for a really good price. The lady in the riding gear department was super nice. And helped fit me with the protective gear I wanted. The parts people, the mechanics, the lady who helped me pick out my riding gear, to everyone at Toadsuck Harley Davidson, thank you. You made a long time dream of mine come true. You guys are tops in my book.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Worst service I have ever received from the hundreds of dealers I have visited across the country. Shortly after moving to Arkansas from California, my 2018 Streetglide got an engine code. Being the dealership closest to my home, I figured I would trust them to fix my bike and maybe be my new dealership, but man, was I wrong. The first time the code popped was March 2024, and they refused to take it in, and just advised me to reset the code, "it's probably the heat", code popped again that same day before I got back home. Dropped off my bike a week or so later (due to my work schedule) they had it a few days before they attempted to work on it and then told me the code was "historical" so they couldn't diagnose the issue and they reset the code. The first time dropping my bike off I also had my saddlebag replaced due to damage recieved during my move and they couldn't mount my amplifier (HD brand Rockford system) back in my saddlebag properly and they just left it rattling around in there to get damaged, "just wedge your rain gear or something up against it, we cant get it to stick, its the humidity". The parts guy had trouble even figuring out how to order the right saddlebag, even with me giving them the proper paint code. So after that, I rode my bike a couple hundred miles and took it back a week or so later (due to my work schedule) after the code popped again. They told me this time they couldn't figure it out, and they reset the code again, also asked them to fix my amp, but they refused. Again, I rode my bike a couple hundred miles, code popped, and I dropped it off about a week later. They diaged the code, advised a rear injector, replaced it and reset the code, asked them to fix my amp and they refused. The injector didn't fix the problem, so I dropped it off after the code popped again. This time, they literally just parked it in their storage and didn't even look at it for two months or more. I would call and stop in, and they would just say, "we haven't had time to work on it", being rude and disrespectful as if me wanting my bike fixed in a timely manner was somehow an inconvenience for them. I finally picked it up, and it is now being fixed at a shop in Little Rock. They had my bike for a total of five plus months. It sat in their storage for two plus of those months, covered in bugs on my white denim paint. My denim paint is now damaged by bug stains that won't come out, and they couldn't and refused to fix the engine code problem and failed to mount my amp properly. It is very clear to me that this dealership is completely incapable of doing anything more than oil changes, and I wouldn't even trust them to do that right. Do yourself a favor and do not spend money here! Quick update: they have now blocked me on social media for making comments on thier posts, during the last two months they had it, asking if their service dept could get my bike fixed. Clearly attempting to hide any criticism of their dealerships' business practices. Once again, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! Save your time and money and go somewhere else. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS! The biggest red flag should have been that every time I was there, at least one person was leaving the service dept complaining about them or their work.
