I highly recommend not going there. Instead, use Enterprise – they are the best.

I had one of the worst experiences ever. I reserved a car through Priceline and received confirmation, but when I arrived on time to pick it up, they told me it was sold out. It was such a terrible experience.

Pre pay car rental in advance claimed never received payment and tried to recharge my card at this specific location also gave a damage car only 2 on the lot , very few options to chose . Wait time was more than 2 hours - one person registering for rentals = 3 different customers waiting , person had foul odor when renting and returning the rental .

I’m giving them 1 star because I made a reservation for a car, showed up to pick it up, and was told they didn’t have the car I booked. They said I need to schedule at least 2 weeks in advance, but nowhere did they mention that when I booked or when I spoke with their corporate team. This is complete BS, and I’m beyond pissed off.
