I was on my way down to Hot Springs when my car decided to break down right outside of Jonesboro. Both the other 2 big car rental places were out of cars on a Tuesday....anyways, I gave U-Save a call and talked to Jasmine (I believe was her name) who gladly told me they had a car, thus saving my day/week. When I arrived I spoke with another person, Angela, who again was very nice and helpful in getting me back on the road for my work trip. Don't hesitate to give U-Save a call, as the rates were affordable and the customer service was top notch. Thank you ladies for taking care of me last week!

There is teenagers that work there. They scrubbed my truck, like you would not believe it was absolutely beautiful. A trailer that had not been washed in two years.Looked brand new awesome job guys

The experience was fabulous from beginning to end. The ladies there are very helpful and accommodating! They got me a great vehicle at the last minute for a very reasonable price. I couldn’t be happier and anytime I need a rental, I will call them first. Best in town!!!

The Staff Here is Amazing! They are always Very Nice and Attentive and they were very fast at getting me in a vehicle when my vehicle was in the Shop. Thank You Jasmine for Being Such a Joy and Angela for being Such an Angel! Highly Recommend!

I guess they are doing commission on the reservations. We’ve been booking for years and have got to the point where we do no cleaning fee and now they have a new worker who is doing cleaning fees on the ones who don’t get cleaning fees and all they have to say is “I don’t want to step on nobody’s toes and go behind her” making you pay the cleaning fee when you’re not originally charged a cleaning fee. & I guess they’ve blocked my number but luckily I have a car just wanted to use them for cheaper gas! ✌?

Only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. Reserved a rental on their website back in March, gave all personal info and credit card number, got a confirmation email, drove 4 hours to pick up a van today and found out that U-Save Jonesboro/Hot Springs had canceled my reservation 6 weeks earlier without notifying me. The reservation still showed as valid when I checked the website and still showed as valid on corporates website.
The Jonesboro and Hot Springs locations are a joke, only use them as a last resort and have a plan B before you give them a try as a last resort.
