Very pleased. Gave me a solid deal on my trade in. Gave me a solid deal on the bike I traded for. Thy were willing to haggle with me. And we actually had fun doing it. And a couple of days after, I dropped off the title to my trade in. And the woman in the riding gear section was really helpful when picking out a new helmet, other gear, and jewelry. Good job guys.

What a great Harley Davidson shop!!! We stopped in while waiting on our semi truck to be fixed. We were welcomed by such a wonderful staff. Allie in Motorclothes was such a great help. She was very friendly and showed us a number of different items that we mentioned to her. She definitely knows her stuff and we think she needs a raise ? thank you for being such a great place to stop.

We were greeted as we came in and I got directions to the restroom. I have yet to not see a clean restroom in HD no matter how busy they are. Free water coming off of a ride and a good place to sit are available. Of course there is the shopping and the selection at this location is great. Then there is the celebration that happens when someone buys a bike here, which happened when we were there!

This place was amazing!!! They weren't pushing me to buy anything or hufvering around me like valutures, they gave me plenty of space and time to look around and when we were ready we let Preston know which bike we wanted and he took care of the rest. He made everything super easy. (Preston Hurt) was great, he was very knowledgeable about the bikes we looked at. I would recommend any body looking for a bike to definitely go to Rock City Harley they made my first experience buying a bike fun and exciting. I will definitely be back.

Here taking the riding academy. Great experience and excellent coaches. Jon and “Red” were on top of their game in coaching good habits and correcting bad ones. Their teaching is spot on as well! My class consisted of 9 people who all varied in their previous riding ability. I feel way more at ease about the functions of the bike, getting more and more comfortable with riding, nerves are still a little edgy, but I’m sure with more practice after class, that will dissipate over time. The only thing I am struggling with is not covering the front brake all the time. Rode a moped for a little over a decade and now, … motorcycle riding is a whole mother ball game!

Rock City Harley Davidson…ROCKS!

Lately, I’ve gotten really tired of working on my own motorcycles, cars, etc. I’ve had enough. However, no one will do the work like I do — at least that’s what I thought. I finally broke down, and took my motorcycle to Rock City Harley Davidson to have a bunch of parts put on my 2021 HD Ultra Limited — which I purchased there. Let me tell you something. These guys did a fantastic job! The work they do is clean, and I don’t have to worry about anything popping loose or breaking off. These guys completed the job in such a great fashion, that I took my bike back to them for even more accessories/parts to be installed. I am very thankful to have a place I can trust with my motorcycle. Was the work they did pricey? Yes, but it’s always expensive to have peace of mind. Was it worth it? Definitely. I’ve reached an age where my time is more valuable to me than money. Plus, I’m supporting a local business and, to me, that’s important too.
