Great experience! Nice staff - got a Honda Monkey that I absolutely love and the deal was smooth as butter and no hassles at all. First time I bought something without some kind of issue! I made an online inquiry whether they had the tires I needed and shortly after a bit of phone tag ( on my part) I spoke to their parts department and came up with the tires I needed for my reviving project of an old XR80R. I made it up the next day and they were able to get my tires put on my wheels while I browsed around. I was even able to get a few extras ordered up with ease.
Everyone was very courteous and polite, they definitely earned my business and my recommendation to anyone needing goodies for their rides or new equipment altogether.

Disappointing experience at Honda of NLR. I stopped in to check out a few Honda ATVs (Feb. of this year, several months ago) and had a disappointing experience with the sales team. Typical buying process, I visited hoping to inquire about a few different ATV options. The sales associate came across as very enthusiastic and willing to assist and started the conversation by asking what I was looking for and what price range I was hoping to set. The $5,000-$7,000 range was where I wanted to begin. Almost reminiscent of an actively deflating balloon, the associate helping immediately became disinterested, told us to flag him down if we had any questions, and returned to his desk. I ended up purchasing from Richards in LR exclusively on the basis that their sales team let me fire up and operate a number of different machines (I ended up spending more as a result! Just needed some buying context and a supportive sales rep). The lack of space to try out anything at Honda NLR and the uninterested sales guys definitely convinced my dad and I Honda NLR just isn't worth the trouble. If you have a pretty steep budget and are comfortable buying without even starting a machine, these guys might be what your looking for. Otherwise, stick to Richards in LR. Much, much better experience and a much better service team.
