I went to Richards Honda a couple of months ago shopping for a couple of dirt bikes for my kids for Christmas. Rich was the salesman. He had to order the bikes for me. While waiting for the bikes to arrive at his store he kept me informed on the when they would arrive. From the beginning of the process until the bikes arrived he couldn’t have been more helpful. He even delivered the bikes to my house Himself when they arrived without any charge to me. This whole experience has been great. I will definitely do business with them again in the future. Solid Honda ATV Dealer!
I purchased a new Honda Rancher 420 4x4 earlier this year and the sales team was fantastic. I've taken the bike on several fantastic mountain rides in the Ozarks since.
Biggest positive with Richards is availability. Most dealers in this area will almost always brush you off and ignore you if your budget isn't 10k and up. These guys helped pair me to the right ATV at a price that worked for me. Highly recommended
