Update September 21, 2024. Our Pioneer was picked up from the dealer today. It was dropped off a few days ago. It developed a very concerning squeal in the front differential. We spoke to our service person on the phone, took it to the shop and the problem was diagnosed after a test drive and review of video capturing the sound, IT WAS LOUD! The Heartland Honda team got to work and turned it around to us in a few days! Thank you for always putting best efforts towards service.

Update June 14, 2024.
We finally hit our miles/hours for our first service. Another great visit for service, a couple of tweaks and done! It was great to visit with the Heartland Team again. Bonus, hanging out in the waiting area and visiting with other Honda Pioneer owners and learning about their riding experiences!

Update January 20, 2024. We took our Honda Pioneer 700-4 in for a service call. This visit was as fun as the day we purchased. It was a great to see the crew. On top of the warm welcomes, Keylan provided us an excellent breakfast recommendation to visit while service was performed. We were in and out in just a little over an hour. Thank you all, see everyone soon!

Spoke with Evan on the phone, he was great. Dealt with Kaid in the store and he was awesome. There was a bit of an issue with one of the Ranchers and Kaid caught it right away and got us fixed up with a new machine. The entire experience was nice.

I recently went in for Lawnmower service and dropped off on Tuesday and Picked up Wednesday. Service was quick and Dusty explained everything to me. They even put Stabilize gas treatment in take to winterize. I’m ready for Spring Mowing when it gets here.

Super friendly guys and very knowledgeable. Installed my new tires I brought with me for a reasonable price and they did it really quick. Perfect balance, between the new tires and balanced it eliminated my crazy wobble when I let go the handle bar.
They also suggested few things for me to check on my bike.
Already add the little engine oil it was missing. Was my mistake, kind of hard to hold the 500+lb bike with one hand to balance it while being on the ground ?

We started with Heartland in April 2017 since then are son has purchased two 4 wheelers and two 1000-5 now as of April 2024 my wife and I now have a 2023 1000-6 we are all about Honda for are outdoors fun and wouldn't go anywhere but Heartland to make that happen with the excellent service crew and all the rest of the outstanding folks throughout the dealership I couldn't imagine going somewhere else and to wrap this up I have to say when it comes to work hard play hard Heartland Honda is the place to make it happen
