I have taken multiple bikes here and been surprised at what an excellent job they have done every time! It has been experience that they have been routinely honest and fair with me on each bike! Definitely the only place I will have my bikes worked on.

Do not use this business. Take anywhere but here. When they finally get around to working on your ride a year later, they will blame you for it sitting at their shop for so long and tell you the reason it doesn't run good is because you let it sit. You will have to take your bike to another mechanic after you pay them. You may also have to fight them because thats how bad their customer service is. They had a good mechanic named Chris, but he is long gone and its easy to see why.

Terrible place..
Will charge you without fixing it.
Doesn't understand simple carbs. 6 hours and still couldn't fix.
Stay away. Take it to a real place, not a guys she'd. Don't let them learn on your dime.
Took it to a different place. They got it running in 20 minutes.
And there customer service is childish. Hang up on you cause you ask a question on his birthday..
Save your money. And specially your time..

Awesome job on my 125 ATV! I have a 125cc that needed a small repair. Originally, I took it to another shop, & after several weeks, they said it couldn’t be fixed. They actually took apart the entire engine only to tell me it was beyond repair. They even tried to get me to purchase a new engine for over $800. I got fed up with them & took the ATV and the box of disassembled engine parts to John’s to see if they could do something with it... I was about to give up on it. John looked at the engine & said he couldn’t see anything wrong with it! A new head gasket & a cam roller later, it runs perfectly! From now on, I will take all 3 of my ATV’s ONLY to John’s!

I've done business with John since 2012 and won't be using him in the future. I dropped my 4wheeler off and it took a month for repairs (I understand he's busy), when I picked it up it wasn't running "right" so I left it and he said it would be placed in the front of the line for service. 2 weeks later it had not been touched and one of his mechanics seemed pretty "put out" that I was upset when I came to pick it up. I called John (he just returned from vacation) and he didn't seem concerned at all about my business. Best of luck if you choose to business here.

Absolutely dont use this shop. John didnt even work on my wheeler. Blamed his workers. Called couldnt get straight answers. . I took it back 3x and still never got it running. They charger me over 900$ and gave me list of excuses. Shady shady work was done on my wiring. They ordered parts off Amazon and charged me retail.
Absolutely avoid this place!!!!!

These guys are fun and no-nonsense at the same time. I'll be trusting all my future repairs here for any of my Off Road, lawn equipment and even my motorcycle. It was so much cheaper than going anywhere else in Northwest Arkansas. I've seen these guys at a lot of events in the area for Hare scrambles and dirt bike races. It's fun to be able to hang out the guys that work on your stuff.

I paid 1300 for some top end work. Rode the bike for maybe an hour and it seized up. I bring it back to him and he now wants to charge me 700 more dollars. Go somewhere reliable. This guy just wants your money.
