First, let me say that the crew at Sunrise have been spectacular. Angie in the service department works endlessly to take care of their customers. Our salesman and the finance team were courteous and professional. We loved our experience there. After taking delivery of our new boat, however, we discovered some issues. Long story short, my boat was at the dealership for three weeks after purchasing it while Sunrise tried to get the issues resolved through Stingray. Since Stingray was unresponsive, Sunrise went directly to Suzuki and discovered parts were missing from the factory. Thanks to Angie and the service team’s persistence, they were able to get the missing parts ordered and installed. Most of my issues have been resolved. There are still a couple of pending items that will require Stingray’s involvement, but I have every confidence that Angie will get this remedied. I would recommend without hesitation visiting Sunrise for your marine or motor-sport needs.

Everyone there was super helpful and nice. even when they didn’t have the bike I wanted in stock Heather found me one, kept me updated the whole time we were waiting for it to come in, and her and Clay had everything ready to go for me when I went to pick it up. Jose helped us pick out the perfect ATV for our grandchildren for Christmas! He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and gave us time to think it over. When we came back the next day to final our purchase, he introduced us to the other staff in the event we needed to utilize their services in the future! We were treated very well and highly recommend Sunrise Marine and Motorsports!

I wasn't in the mood for haggling. Really just came in to the shop knowing I might not be leaving with anything. Told my kids the same. They let my rugrats climb on the bikes, and the sidebysides, through the credit check, loan apps, and signing. Introduced me to their staff, and I walked out with a klx 230sm, and a klx 110r in about three hours. The salesman, forgive me, I can't remember his name, helped me load them up. Excellent staff. I knew you guys needed to make some money, and I wasn't looking for a hassle, so I hope you didnt get me for too much. ? you guys have been my go to shop for about 15 years, though i dont stop in near enough for you to know me by name. Thanks for a hassle free experience.

I bought my bike from an individual but the service department treats me like I've spent a million dollars with them. Angie, the service manager, goes above and beyond to take care of your problems. Not the cheapest place to go but they have veteran mechanics that know your bike. Mines a 2007 Yamaha Venture but the mechanics knew all about it. Diagnosed my weird problem first time. I'll keep coming back.

The absolute worst boat buying experience I
Have ever had. In my opinion they have no business selling or working on boats. I would recommend finding another dealer to work with. Avalon pontoon and Sunrise are terrible! Do your self a favor buy anything else somewhere else!

Offered me 3 different prices on my 21 Honda bike... 3000 if I bought a used four wheeler for new price.. 3500 if I bought a sxs... Keep in mind I have bought, 4 different bikes there!!!
Great place to kick tires before you go to Joplin

Go to Jay Hatfield in Joplin everything is 1000 cheaper!!
