Wow, this place is ?... I have been using Westark yahamah for at least 30 years. I needed a price on a set of new tires. Not only took the time to look up the tires but gave me a reasonable price and explained everything. I will stand behind my words. ?%

First of some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Lindsey was phenomenal and treated us like family. Called on Friday before they closed told her I’d be there when they opened on Tuesday and everyone was super helpful and got us in and out with a new ZX4RR and can not be happier with the staff and the process. Highly recommend!

Just bought my first brand new motorcycle and I will say I am very pleased with every aspect. Lindsey is a wonderful sales rep. Dee is a very knowledgeable shop manager and Syreatha helped me with all the paperwork. They all worked so hard to help me with this purchase and I will continue to return here for any of my motorcycle needs.

After researching the many options for buying a new Kawasaki Mule, we decided to visit Wheeler Powersports. Mainly because we like to shop locally, but also because they have an excellent reputation for service and value.
Upon arrival, Lindsey approached us and made herself available to guide us through their inventory and answer any questions we had. Her friendly professionalism and stunning expertise enabled us to feel very confident with our final decision to make a purchase. Once the initial paperwork was completed and we left, Lindsey continued to regularly keep us up to date with relevant information about the completion of accessory installation and the timeline for delivery. The whole process was seamless and timely and extremely friendly. We could not have asked for a higher level of service and attention.
Our brand new mule was delivered today. Just in time for Christmas. We were so excited!
Seriously - The entire experience was a pleasure from start to finish, which is pretty unusual these days.
Kudos to Lindsey and her relentless commitment to ensuring that her customers are 100% happy!

Had a great experience getting my first brand new bike from these guys! Syreatha and the parts guy were super helpful in the whole process and I was able to find riding gear and ride away on my new bike same day! Would definitely recommend to others!

I dropped my bike off to get some work done on July 3rd 2024. I just picked it up today, August 14th 2024. They had my bike for 42 days after saying it would be about 2 weeks.

I kept in contact with them, calling about once a week after the 2 week time frame had passed. After 30 days the service manager told me that the reason it was taking so long is that other bikes had come in after mine that they had decided to fix first. No explanation was give for why these other bikes hadn't had to wait the same 2 weeks I was originally quoted, other than,"It just goes like that some time."

I asked to speak to the general manager today and his response was,"What do you want me to do? I can't go back in time." He eventually gave me a $50 discount on a $1300 invoice. Not even a 5% discount for such terrible service.

And last, but not least, they informed me that my kickstand would no longer stay up while riding and I would have to use a bungee cord, as the parts needed were discontinued. There was nothing wring with the kickstand when I dropped it off, but it's definitely broken now. And, yes, they denied responsibility for it. They also put on the release form that they had called me and told me about it, which they did not, and that I had declined to have them fix it, which I did not.

Definitely a "do business with them at your own risk" type situation.

Update: The kickstand was fine when I brought it in. The parts weren't on back order, your service manager told me that they had come in and they hadn't broken down the pallet yet. That was week 4 when he said that. Seeing as how it was week 2 when they told me what was needed, they either new what was wrong and just didn't do anything with it or they made something up. Dealers choice, you're the dealer so you choose.

None of your response negates the fact that the service manager told me.himself that my bike had been put on the back burner repeatedly.

I have ridden off and on for most of my life
And had been off a bike for almost two years.
I missed it and decided to get back in the saddle.
I contacted Lenzy and told her what I was looking for I purchased a Yamaha Bolt from her .
Everything was great and so easy the whole experience was great.
I'll be back probably next year for a upgrade
I highly recommend them

I purchased a 2024 klr 650 new and had a great sales experience ! But when it came time to go to service as my bike had crooked handlebar they told me the way they fix that is to put my new front tire up against a pole and wrench the handle bars till it changes. They said they fix all bikes with off bars that way. I was s skeptical this was not the correct way to correct this issue so I called Kawasaki customer service and they said loosen all front fork parts and elevate the front tire just off the ground so it can correct the miss alignment and then tighten to factory specs. So I called the dealership back and my sales representative said he was sorry and the service department was a different company? And he could not help!!!!!!
I purchased a brand new motorcycle, not a motorcycle that needed to be bent to correct. Wheeler Powersports service department will never touch my bike again. The sad part is I bought an extended warranty for five years and now I’ll have to take my bike 100 miles away to get it serviced. Worst service department experience ever.
