-As a small fleet owner: This place is a BIG BIG NOOO.

-ZERO COMMUNICATION from them.
-Truck has been there for almost 2 weeks bad engine ecm.
-Don’t believe them when they tell you “we can work it in tomorrow” or when they say “we will call you back with an update “ .

So far this has been our worst experience at Kenworth dealer.

Had a brake pot fail and breaks got hot. Shop foreman went out of his way, even though he busy to get us in the shop. The work was completed super quick at a fair price. They were both helpful and professional, some of the other MHC locations could learn something from the boys at Jonesboro! Thanks for the great service

One I don't know who is paying anyone to write a good review for them. I have a international 4300 took in for king pin repairs and a alignment job. Waited to hear back ended up having to go get them the parts. Then 2 days later and on weekend I had to call they told me truck was ready to go. We took payment up to them the price was outrageous for repairs on one axel 5 thousand plus with us furnishing parts. Got in the truck noticed first the steering wheel wasn't even close to being aligned with the tires. Went to leave with the truck got to 55mph truck shook like he'll hit the brakes almost threw me into on coming traffic. Took the truck back service man test drove it with me same thing happened to him. He advised me they don't have test drivers. So they received payment on a truck that was not at all ready got the truck back to the depot and the steering has seized up won't even turn almost blew my gearbox out messing with it on the lot. One tech told me this is why we shouldn't let people that don't work on suspension work on suspension. Why I was there two other customers brought their truck back claiming that nothing has been repaired by any means on their trucks. Looks like we have a shop collecting money without repairing anything.

The staff up front are great but they have totally messed up my repairs 3 times in a row, forgot to tighten up lug nuts and that destroyed 2 rims that they did replace and a hub they also replaced. The mechanics do not seem to care or be accountable anymore here. Getting ready to take truck back in after there engine repair has failed a 2nd time see if they can get it right after a 3rd time. This is after spending 8000 dollars on the last botched repair, will update.
UPDATE AS POSTED SO FAR
Mhc got ahold of me and truck has been sitting since the last repair failed. I am talking to memphis mhc now to try and see if owner will make this right sent all receipt to Nathan at mhc memphis. I am hoping they make good on the offer the owner gave me over this review I will update soon as to weather they made it right or not considering the truck has lost thousands in revenues. Will update again soon.

We called in for a road side assistance. I am so impressed on how fast and courteous they were. If we were based in AR, they would have been our to go shop. Their price is so fair and they were more concerned on getting us back on the road than charging an arm and leg. Amazing team!
