I found that there price was fair and there turn around time was great. I got a little put out when I went to pay and after standing there for 7 minutes, while never being acknowledged, I had to ask to pay for my tractor repair. I mean my god I was standing 5 feet from the guy. So what did I learn, go above and beyond to greet every customer every time as quickly as you can.

Brand new $5,000 Kubota lawn mower snapped a belt. Not only did they not offer to replace it for free since it was barely over a month old, but they kept the lawn mower for 2 weeks without even looking at it. Just not the kind of customer service I’m looking for.

Edit:
Not sure what changed their tune, but they decided to cover it under warranty. Maybe when they found out the other dealership was going to do the repairs the minute I brought it in. Anyways, I’m raising their review from a 1 to a 3.

If you have a problem with a Product your on your on they will not go to bat for you they will put a bandaid on it till it gets out of the 90 days then tell you it's out of warrenty
