Great boat dealer/ service center. You will get the best service possible from the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff. They beat the pants off the bigger dealers in Hot springs on the price of Yamaha outboards. Good guys.

Super disappointing interaction from Arts today. I asked for a part. They looked up the price. It was almost $200 more than the same part from the manufacturer. I know this because I just spoke them. The arrogant sales clerk tried to tell me that my info was incorrect, that the price I quoted was wholesale, and that no one would sell it to me at the price I was quoted. When I tried to discuss how he was mistaken, he gave me the silent treatment. So I hung up. The one star review is for talking down to me, for poorly informed about the price and markup of the item in question and for being childish enough to give me the silent treatment. I have been a customer for nearly 40 years. I'll never shop there again.

The best and most friendly marine store anywhere. All of the associates make you feel as if they have been waiting on you to get there just so they could carry on conversation with you and get you the best deals available. Like you have known them all of your life!!!

The service department here has been great with any issues I have had with my outboard without purposely trying to break the bank with any un-needed repairs. Will absolutely take my boat back if I ever have any other issues. Their showroom is also a major improvement to what it used to be and has some very nice boats to look at.

Parts-service guy Larry is very rude and abrupt. Not just to me but to others in the store as well. I was there getting my old motor fixed. Taking my 40k and buying a new bass boat and a couple kayaks somewhere else. Nothing wrong with the sales staff per say, but had I been trying to sell a boat and the parts guy came up and abruptly interrupted my conversation in a rude manner, I would have called him out then and there. Needless to say, I’m done with them. FYI at least some of the “good” reviews below are from staff. Look Lisa up below on Facebook.

Hands down the worst experience I've had. Purchased a new rig from them, went back for warranty work within the first year. Told me I would hear back by the end of the week. 4 weeks later they still hadn't looked at my boat or ordered parts. They told me evinrude wouldn't warranty my outboard and it would cost $400 to fix. I picked the boat up, took it to riverside marine and had my boat fixed, under warranty in less than 6 hours. I would drive 100 miles out of the way to buy a boat plug before I'll step foot back in arts.

A real rip off. I had a used outboard motor and brought it to them to fix. I told them that I knew nothing about motors and that I was trusting them to either fix it or tell me that it was not worth fixing.
Well first they told me that it needed a rebuilt carburetor. Seemed ok to me. $125.00. Then I took it out and after about a mile or so on the river it got hot and died. Took it back. They then told me that a part of the pump needed replacement. This cost approximately 160.00 with labor. Again I took it out for a spin, after about 20 minutes it died. Brought it back and they then told me that the motor had been damaged by salt water and was not fixable. They charged me $80.00. I said "why didn't you tell me that in the first place and they sais that they were not responsible for the repair people who were not employed by Art's Marine, rather were independent workers. It ruined my whole first experience with a boat.... I trusted them and they took advantage of my trust.
