Went into the store and Brian helped me find what part needed. He explained that the transducer mount I was looking at would not work and I would need this more expensive one. Bought the one he recommended. Went home and turns out I didn’t need it as it came with the right mount and worked just fine. Went back to the store and was told by Brian that there’s a restocking fee for returns. This was not explained or posted that returns had a 20% restocking fee even for a simple part. They are good when you want to buy and are helpful but not after a purchase. Will not shop there again with the service I received with a simple return.

Great customer service! Sales staff is very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable of the items they selling! Had a small issue with the trim gage after purchasing the boat on its first trip but they were quick to get it in and get it fixed! Highly recommend this family owned company!

Update, I had an issue that was needing immediate attention if I wanted to fish and Copher’s took care of it, even did an upgrade with no charge to me and I didn’t have to wait at all. Very thankful for Brian the service mgr. for getting me back on the water. Highly recommend Copher’s Boat Center.
