Tommy in sales will get you taken care of for sure. I bought my boat nine months ago and he still checks in to see how I am enjoying it. I have NOT had the same treatment from the service department unless Tommy helped. The service department was being difficult on a warranty claim. When I explained the situation to Tommy, he agreed it was ridiculous and next thing you know the service department ordered me a new prop. Thank you Tommy for your customer support! Tommy gets five stars and should wear more hats around that outfit.

Update 2024: Payton helped us with Nautique purchase in 2023 and Nathan has provided outstanding post sales support after Payton left. I continue to be impressed by the staff at 280 location.

Original 2022 review: Huge showroom, beautiful facility, good selection of boats, gear, and toys. Staff were extremely helpful.

Nice guy in the parts department help me. They order trailer tires if you need any. It's a huge store they have all kinds of sporting goods things you wouldn't expect.

Very nice store. I was there for an hour, and no one even greeted me. I was there to buy.
Had a great sale going on for many accessories. However, there were no prices on bigger ticket items, boats, jet skis, and atvs. Was disappointed and finally just left.
PS... I don't buy without marked pricing.

Purchased a boat from out of state without even looking at it. Everything was as described and both Payton and Chase did everything they could to make the process go seamless. Great boat great price great service = happy customer ?

Took my boat in for repair 30 July, they said they were 2 weeks out that it would be no problem. They contacted me on Aug 21 and said they said they ran boat in lake and that they found a cracked ignition coil and needed replacement. I called them a week later and they still have not looked/repaired boat yet. I brought one from Fla and gave it to them, 4 days later I come in to check on status of boat, Nothing changed again. Now they are in a ring of lies with me circling around their last comments. In short they are liars and charged me 370.00 for my boat to sit in yard and never get looked at. Wouldn’t recommend this junkyard to anybody and will never step foot in that place ever again. BBB will get calls.

Colby Bernier has been an excellent sales rep for the marina - speaking for the last 1.5 years to myself and my husband since moving here in regards to several boats/waverunners and atv's we've been interested in. He's never pushy, always pleasant and considerate and gets all info in timely manners and follows up. The marina has a wonderful showroom that's kept immaculate, with lots on display along with retail space for all the little extras you'd ever need.
