Recently sold my Dads boat to Export Marine from a state over in Texas. I did the whole transaction via phone, which was made super easy with Perry keeping me informed on all parts of the transaction. Perry did an exceptional job with all the leg work, organizing his guys to the site of the boat, which took a flat bed truck and a tow truck due to the condition of the trailer. I would highly recommend dealing with this family-run business for any boat needs you may have. They were honest and made it very simple to work with. Thank you Perry! Hope another family enjoys my dad’s boat as much as we did!

We purchased from here a year and a half ago. Every time we bring our boat to get inspected, the staff is accommodating with our busy schedules and very helpful. My husband and I recently worked with Jay and Perry with Export Marine and we have nothing but great things to say about both of these men. They were helpful, honest, showed integrity, and gave us a great experience working with them. We purchased a 1 owner boat from them and we could not have asked for a better experience. We drove 7 hours from TX to Arkansas to see the boat. After considering options of getting the boat home, Jay arranged with his boat delivery driver to get it to our home. Even that was a great experience! The boat driver continually kept us in the loop as to how far out he was and an ETA at our home. I would highly recommend Export Marine to anyone I know. We would definitely purchase another boat from them in the future or refer friends and family! Since the purchase my husband has made several calls to ask various questions and every time, they assist and are helpful!

We purchased our first boat in over 30 years and we can only say Export Marine is a great place to buy. The pics on the website were an excellent representation of the boat; totally sold me on making my decision easy - bought it totally off the website.

Jay and Heather were both great to work with, and their staff spent a ton of time with us explaining the boat features.

If you are looking for a place to buy your next boat you really need to give these guys a visit or view their website. They for sure will have my return business.

I had a great experience here. I bought a beautiful older Formula boat. Perry was very candid about everything on the boat and it had been detailed to a shine inside and out. Perry was very knowledgeable about everything mechanically and cosmetic on the boat and shared valuable tips and information about boat care and maintenance moving forward. This was important to me as a first time boat owner. The price was very fair and my overall experience was smooth and without issue. Would highly recommend.

We have been extremely disappointed in what was both promised and delivered. The Chaparral cabin cruiser was supposed to be delivered from covered storage (which we paid extra for and instead Export stored outside and finish was not protected and needed waxing upon delivery), several water leaks in engine compartment, needed new water pump which shut down engine and left us stranded at sea in a major storm for 2 days and had to be towed, engine oil was not what manufacturer recommended and engine ran too hot and required servicing, batteries were seconds and not manufacturer recommended, boat was supposed to be de-winterized and it was delivered with fresh water lines full of algae, cabin outlet not working, and several other issues to deal with. We were told someone would deliver (which we paid extra for) and show us how to operate vessel - the delivery person was great, but didn't know anything about the boat operations. We reached out many times to Perry and Jay and they were "nice", but not helpful or take responsibility. Offered opinions of what might be "wrong" with boat. We had a 30 day warranty as promised at time of purchase that started day of delivery. They kept putting us off until the time of warranty was expired and no response to our last email needing help. It was not the summer we envisioned and has been a complete nightmare. We paid full retail for the boat and felt the relationship with Export Marine was going to be great - Buyer Beware! The are sales people with empty promises and all we wanted was to return boat or them repair as warranted. Next step will be to contact Arkansas Attorney General unless they come forth and honor their word and warranty papers.
