Iconic Custom Carts did a Li Battery conversion for me on my Club Car. The only reason I gave them 5 stars is because I can’t give them 6. Service was beyond excellent! I don't write a ton of reviews, but I had to for this place. If you're looking to buy a golf cart in Birmingham, AL, this is the place to go. I originally went here because it happened to be open on Saturday when other dealers weren't, but I am so glad I ended up there. Chuck is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about these vehicles (and really anything that has 4 wheels) and he was friendly, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I never once felt "pressured" to buy anything the entire time I was there and he took the time to fully educate me and answer any questions I had before I even test drove one. And let me tell you: when you drive one of these Icon carts, you won't want to sit in an EZ-GO or ClubCar again. It's just a better experience in my opinion. The comfort level even on a bumpy road going 25+mph is outstanding, the cart is super quiet, and you can immediately tell that everything from the on switch to the brakes are of high quality. Couldn't be happier with the product and the service I received here. Highly recommend Iconic Custom Carts if you're in the market for a high-quality golf cart or neighborhood vehicle and want the best customer service!
