Good experience, and good people to work with. Purchase was out of state, so initial paperwork and deal agreement were handled long distance. Once I arrived the paperwork and vehicle loading went very quickly. Overall a very good experience!

If customer service is what you want avoid this dealer! We came to look at a jet ski but they were too busy to put it on the water for us to try out. They did work with us later that day and we put a deposit down on it and returned a few days later. Not normal salesperson friendliness - Tyler had a care less attitude. We purchased the ski and inquired if the key was in it and he told us yes. Told us he’d have the title available for us Monday morning. Got home and there was no key so had to return for the key - no apology was made. Returned on Wednesday morning to get the title. When I arrived Tyler asked what he could do for me and I said I was there to pick up the title. He asked for what. Then it turned out he and everyone else there failed to follow through in picking up the title from the bank even after we gave them an extra two days to do so. HORRIBLE customer service!

UPDATE ON REVIEW so the can am I got came with a faulty front diff Next level got me a new diff put in and they have stood behind their work , Gary the service manager has gone above and beyond to make sure my sxs was right. I would definitely recommend them . . Bought both my tractor and my commander there this year . Tyler made things easy all I had to do was make a couple calls come in and sign paperwork leave with my rides . Needed something for the sxs I let them know they got it ready for me to pick up later that day . Will definitely be back in when looking for my next ride .

Called yesterday and wanted to buy a new Kawasaki 1000 mule. Unfortunately, the lady that took my call said she would put me through to sales. Well, I waited for 15 minutes for someone to pick up. They never did. Your secretary should have made it priority. Oh well. West Plains here I come!?

Made appointment to have valves set on my DRZ and a new chain. Everything done in good time, bike is running sweet. Also, they have ordered parts for me and gotten them in good time. I recommend this shop and will be returning here myself.
